Eagle Fence Corp

They were suppose to show up to begin project at 9;00 am then 10:00 then noon then 1:00pm at 3:00 still no show and no call and no one in office. What do you think! They took my deposit promptly.
Installer showed up at 5:00 PM and worked until dusk and he seemed good.

Sorry to say but no mater how nice the guys at this company are, they DO NOT know what they are doing. Every landscaper that we have had since Eagle put the fence in cannot believe the incredibly poor job that was done. Not only did they destroy our lawn but all of the cement shows and is at the level of the grass. Amazingly poor job. Extremely disappointed but hope this note gets out and helps others avoid the experience that we had.

Eagle Fence came out and apologized for the inconvenience and did everything possible to make sure I was happy with the resolution. Somehow my attempts to elicit a response to my issues slipped through the cracks and they were very sincere in rectifying the problems.

We had a good experience with Eagle Fence Corp. Their quote was less than other companies we had checked and the final price was the same as the quote. Brian was able to meet with us to discuss what we wanted and give us a quote within 48 hours of our initial phone call.
Waiting for materials and the permit is part of the process. We were given an estimated installation date and our experience was close to that estimate.
We were called on a Friday and told installation would be toward the end of the following week, so I was surprised to have an installer ring the doorbell on Monday. Fortunately, it wasn’t a problem for me to remain home that day.
The installer was friendly but not very communicative. He did answer questions when we asked; he just didn’t volunteer information. The install was over the course of two days. The first work day was very short making the following work day long. This meant the job was finished after sundown (40 – 50 minutes).
Upon inspecting the fence the following day, we did see one area that hadn’t been built as we expected. One call was all it took and within a few days our installer returned and changed the build.
We are happy with our fence and our experience.

We wanted to use a local company when we moved here. Eagle is close to our house. They were able to come out and give us a quote right away. We were happy with the quote so we went with them. Paid half the balance and waited. This company is terrible with communicating. I had to call several times to find out when they would be installing. I was given two dates both were not honored. The first time because the wrong fencing came in. Again I was not called and informed just left to wonder. I called yet again and I was asked if I could wait for the owner to call me. When he did he explained he was having an issues with our permit. Again no call before hand to say there was an issue. In the end the fence was installed and it looks good but I would not recommend this company. Their communication is terrible. I feel like I spent a lot of money with them and they couldn’t even bother to call me and keep me informed.

Excellent communication from start to finish. Brian discussed all the options with us and once we picked the materials, he was very clear on the process, how long the install would take, when it would be scheduled, and what it would cost. His price was far lower than the two other fence companies we consulted with and much more professional. His crew showed up on time, they were clean and professional, and they finished the job on time, and on budget.
Highly recommended.

Getting all of the materials here and ready wasn’t as smooth as I’d like, but once they were ready Eagle’s master installers Mike and Terry stepped up. Three days later — three days of thick heat and blazing sun — and it all paid off. Mike and Terry made sure every post is plumb, every corner at 90… these two wouldn’t quit until everything that could be done to satisfy the customer was done. Bravo Mike and Terry; kudos to Eagle for employing them!
