The worst customer service my god! Been waiting about 45 mins just to get my nails done and I was almost excited to finally get them done but the old Chinese lady with the horrible eyebrow tattoo sat me down then told me I had to get up because her appointment was coming in. they are under staffed and are the slowest damn people. Please don’t go here and if you want to and wait 2 hours to even start your nails… don’t get the old lady because you’ll die before even having a chance at your nails

I can’t even bring myself to give this place 1 star. I would give them negative if it were possible. I’ve never been so upset with my nails than I was after I left here. First. They didn’t greet when I walked in and at least 4 people came up to me and walked away before anyone said anything. Second. Someone started with me and when another customer walked in(not an appointment, just another walk-in) she moved me to another table and started the new customer. I had to wait 15 minutes before someone was told to work with me. Mind, no one said anything to me in the process to let me know what was going on. Third. When the final lady wanted me to switch hands, she would hit me on the wrist to tell me. Unacceptable = use your words next time. Fourth. She messed up the gel and had to redo it at least 3 times and then blamed it on me. Asking where I’ve been before claiming everything was the previous places fault. Fifth. She spent the entire time telling me I was wrong with every request I had about my nails! I asked her not to cut them down much and she went way farther than I asked because she thought it would«look better». When the new lady came to take over she made one hand longer than the other and was very upset when I asked her to even out my nails. Again, claiming it was my fault there were uneven. Finally. They were just down right rude. I’ve never wanted to not have to pay for service as much as I did here. It was definitely not worth the over priced and simple polish I got. I will not be returning. Ever. And I would never recommend this place of business to ANYONE. Not even my greatest enemy. No one should go through what I did…

Their basic pedi is great. I have been going here for 3 years. Very clean. Never had a fungus or problem here.

I have been going to Profiles for a long while. I decided to try CK Nails because I was unhappy with my recent trip to Profiles. I had a GREAT experience. Leon, who re-did my nail completely, was very sweet. A little quiet at first but he was awesome. Very gentile on my nails and I cannot complain about the work he did. 2 weeks later my nails have NO lifting and still look great. I will see him in another week when I need them filled. The employees might be quiet but their quality and work sets them apart. I would recommend them to EVERYONE!!! The lady who wrote the other lengthy review needs to keep some of her opinions to herself. If you want red carpet treatment go to a high end salon and pay $ 70 for a fill. Look at the source and look at where you are before you open your mouth about not needing FANCY and then complaining that you didn’t get the Red carpet treatment. I support CK Nails and LOVE them. I don’t care if they ask me questions about my personal life… they are just making an effort… remember they work for tips. I LOVECK Nails and will be a repeat customer/. Give them a try.

This review was so on tracking for a 4-going-on-5-star rating until the guy took over for my manicure. Here’s the background leading up to it… Needed a mani/pedi pronto since I was traveling on business the next day. I was referred to another nails location which was not open on Sundays. So I drove a little further down Pine Island Rd. until I saw CK Nails in the Walmart shopping center. I don’t really need fancy. Just nails that look good while being in a clean and friendly environment. I walked in without an appointment and asked how long for a basic mani/pedi. Not long I was told and so I picked my colors and took a seat. The color selection was OPI a few Essies, and some random colors. But the colors were all the basic, solid OPI colors. I waited about 5 minutes before I was put into a pedicure chair. I was in the chair 10 – 15 minutes before they came to work on me. This pedicure chair had a remote to operate it more complicated than any remote in my house. After fooling around with the control and getting back stretching, butt crunching, thigh rubbing movement, I turned it off. When she came to work on my pedicure, I said again just a basic pedicure and manicure. She was nice, her English was just OK. Kept asking if I was OK. She assured me that the cheese grater used on my calluses did not have a razor in it. They brought a little plate with blobs of the lotions to be used. An exfoliant on the feet, a different exfoliant on the lower legs, then an aloe based lotion on the feet and lower legs with a warm towel. It wasn’t bad, a little different than I was used to, but not bad. At this point we’re in the 4 to 5 star range… When I was moved to a manicure table, the girl went to do someones eyebrows and I got the chatty Asian guy. The one thing I hate is sitting there with a stranger who is constantly asking me if I have a husband or boyfriend and where they are(none of their beeswax!). There is no water used with the manicures so your fingers are placed in plastic bags and placed into heaters for the cuticle lotion to soak in. OK, different, not what I’m used to. They he proceeded after clipping and filing my nails to use a straight warm sugar body scrub on my hands and lower arms and continued to run it in with no moisture while massaging my hands pretty much telling and not asking how good it felt. I actually had to call mercy it started to hurt so bad. Then it was to the sink to wash it off before getting polish. He went to polish my nails and hadn’t asked for payment so I had to halt him to pay before my nails got wet. Then he proceeded to charge me for the deluxe mani/pedi and not the basic. Somehow all along I was getting the deluxe even though I said 2 or 3 times just for a basic. Deluxe $ 35; Basic $ 25. Fine. As I was getting my money out they guy proceeded to cut his own nails onto my table. Gross. Overall the place is clean but a basic nail salon. There are sterilizing machines in the back even though I couldn’t tell if every loofah and emery board was individual. The result looks great. Takes both cash and credit cards. There was also a steady flow of people without appointments on a Sunday. I was also offered a bottle of water and declined. After the fact I think that I probably would have been charged for that bottle. Summary: Good — Overall results; sanitize utensils; different lotions for pedicure; easy to get service for a walk-in Bad — Unclassy and unprofessional guys working there; limited colors but those there are good; they take ‘new’ people for a ride by automatically giving them the deluxe treatment instead of the basic. I probably will go back if I have to but will 1) insist on basic only and 2) not have that guy work on me.
