Breezes Day Spa & Boutique

I am pretty new to the world of manicures, but I’m hoping that my experience at Breezes is not the norm. I paid $ 30 for uneven polish that did not even go back to my cuticles, and there was polish left on the skin of my fingers. The staff also seemed preoccupied and did not check in with me on how I was liking the color and quality of my manicure. I had a suspicion that my manicure was not done very well but did bring my concerns up in the shop since I don’t have much previous experience. My friends and family were absolutely appalled at the state of my nails the day that I left the shop. They told me that my manicure from Breezes looked 5 days old when I had only left the shop a few hours ago!
I feel like my manicure was a complete waste of $ 30, and I could have done a better job at home doing my own nails! Hopefully my experience at Breeze’s does not ruin all future manicures for me.

I literally had the worst manicure of my life at Breezes. My bridal party and I were supposed to get gel manicures – that typically last 1 – 2 weeks— and the polish chipped off the same day. What they gave us was a polish change (that looks horrible) and charged us for a manicure. We made our appointments 3 months in advance and they clearly didn’t plan ahead to have enough people working to handle the five of us. If they would have been friendly I would have let my poor experience go but everyone except the massage therapist was rude the entire time. It seems like they just want to hang out and not actually work so I’m not sure why they are even open. When I called to complain and to give the owner a chance to redeem herself she was defensive and rude yet again. I asked for a partial refund of my money and the owner said she didn’t know how to do it. I asked her to call me back when she resolved the issue and I haven’t heard a word. It’s a shame they are the only salon in town because they need some competition. I’m very upset with the entire experience and I hope no one else has to deal with the staff of Breezes. Brides beware!

Amazing! Quality people and superb services! we have been several times for incredible massages by Jenny and Keith. Facials and pedicures are also fantastic. we can not say enough about great things about Breezes and the folks there!

My husband and I came to Cape Charles very last minute for a weekend away. He called Breezes to get me a massage for Sunday, and even though they weren’t open they willingly accommodated me for a therapeutic massage. It was absolutely the BEST massage I have ever gotten. Thank you SO much!

Wonderful attentive staff. Very accommodating for a group of women on a girls weekend. Will definitely return!

This place is such a gem! Found this place and took my mom for massages and pedicures. Everyone there were wonderful, and the services were excellent!
Definitely recommend to everyone around the area!
