Precision Appliance Was Actually There Nearly 2.5 Hours, Due To The Customer Regularly And Admittedly Pouring Grease Down The Sink Drain. For The Past Year (Who Does This) ???, However !!! (Ain’t My Unit, I Was Just Called To Fix It, And So I Did) .
Now
A) Because The Dishwasher Drain Hose Was Not Properly Installed
A-​1 („Not My Fault “), I Didn’t Improperly Install It. Or Pour GREASE Down The Drain To Plug It .
With A Required „DRAIN LOOP “, This Grease Back Flowed Down The Dishwasher Drain Hose, Creating A 100% Solid Plug. Which Also Caused A
B) 100% Entire Dishwasher Pump, Sump & Drain Backup & Plugged Up Issue ‚
B-​1 („Not My Fault “) I Didn’t Improperly Install It., Or Pour GREASE Down The Drain To Plug It. I Was Just Called To Fix It & I Did.
C) That Additionally 100% Plugged The Drain Pump & Sump, With Backed Up Solid Food Debris & Grease. That Caused The Technician To Have To Literally Pull The Unit, For Access To Manually, Remove The (Grease & Accumulated Solid Food Debris, From It’s Inability To Drain) From Each And Every Component In The Drain System) From The Dishwasher Sump Outlet To The Kitchen Sink Disposal .
C-​1 („Not My Fault “). I Didn’t Improperly Install It. Or Pour GREASE Down The Drain, To Plug It, I Was Just Called To Fix It & I Did.
D) Additionally The Dishwasher Itself (B.T.W) Was Also Improperly Installed, Someone Fabricated /​Used A Microwave Wall Bracket (Cut To Fit) To Incorrectly Mount The Unit) Into The The Cabinet, Which Additionally Took Excessive Time To (Unmount, Remount And Properly Realign), Again
D-​1 („Not My Fault. (I Didn’t Improperly Install It)
E) Adding Insult To Injury !!!, Additionally, Customer Had (No Hot Water) Avail. To Melt And (Speed Up) The Degrease Process .
With All This Being Said & Done, They’re Total Bill Was
