I got to enjoy the Carles food three times over the Labor Day Weekend. They catered all of the food for the Coors Light event at the Hideout on the Horseshoe. The food was so delicious and beautifully served! Several guests were even asking for their recipes. The Carles were always on time and made everything look effortless. They are also just very nice folks! I was told that they serve the Austin to San Antonio areas. Definitely a company to keep in mind for the future!
