BAKER SEPTIC SERVICE

I called baker septic after hours and reached the owners wife who was happy to get me scheduled. Mrs. Baker was polite and informative. I had a couple of questions Mrs. Baker could not answer so she put her husband on which is the gentleman that comes out to your house to pump your septic. Bill Baker came out to my home on time to pump my septic and of course I was running late to the house and I did not have the septic uncovered. Bill went out of his way to help me uncover the septic so that he could pump the septic. He did not charge me extra he actually charge me less than what he originally quoted me over the phone. This has never happened to me dealing with any contractor. I would recommend bill to all of my friends and family. I wish all contractors conducted themselves the way Bill and his wife did. I wish I could actually add two more stars to the review. Thank you Bill for all your help.
