Too bad you can’t do negative stars. This location has the rudest most incompetent staff ever. Management included. The first time i went, long story short, they forgot my order. Waited 45 minutes in the dining room to be told they forgot and needed my receipt. So i gave it to them and when i asked to speak to the manager, she was too busy to deal with me. They gave me a free nacho for my time, minus the cheese when they said they included a cinnamon twist. Still managed to screw up order by adding onions to everything when specifically asked not to. Even on the receipt. Called 800 number, they sent 4 $ 5 customer appreciation cards which state not for use of grande meals or combos. So ok. Took my bro for food after work, tried to used 2 as was not prohibited. They informed me that they didn’t accept them, but would take 1. They took off $ 1.60 for nachos and gave me a senior discount. Didn’t even take the $ 5 off, only $ 3.35 total. Then gave us gorditas with sour cream and pico di gallo instead of the quesolupas we were supposed to get. Also, little to no cheese in the chicken quesadilla, just jalapeño sauce which has now stained my favorite shirt. Thanks a lot for the hassle and aggravation. Run far far away if you are looking for even a mediocre snack or meal.

I love Taco Bell. But there is an employee at this location who is just an idiot and always messes orders up and lots of other stuff too. My receipt says her name is Laura S. I always have a horrible time when she is running the drive thru.

Last night around 830 pm we came inside to the counter to order some tacos. There was a small crowd, no one was getting their food. Guy ahead of us was very mad and got his $ refunded. We then ordered and ended up with his order added to ours. Got the difference back after the clerk freaked outa bit, then waited 40 minutes. No food. Everyone was upset but keeping calm. Employees were texting while standing behind the clerk who kept making mistakes on the computer that then messed up orders for the food prep staff. There was obviously no manager on site. We finally asked for our money back and went over to the Taco Bell by KMart. We won’t be back to this one, even though it’s the closest to us. What a nightmare. I hope that someone in Corp will read this.

I’ve never had an issue with this location besides the drive thru moves slowly. But the night before Thanksgiving, my boyfriend went through the drive thru. He ordered some items, including the 99 cent nachos(saying it specifically like that). When he got to the window, he was handed the wrong nachos, and when my boyfriend said it was the wrong item, the employee said that it was his fault that he didn’t specify. Wth? Then gave him the right nachos after waiting for 7 mins. When he came home, the wrong nachos had an inedible piece of who knows what on the top. It was dry and looked like beef jerky. Gross.

Ewww ! After sitting in the drive thru for 17 minutes with only two cars in front of me, I get to the window and the employee was picking his infected scab on his elbow !! I had to throw my food away because I was too disgusted to eat it. That mixed with the ridiculously long wait is the reason I won’t be returning.

Taco Bell is a joke of a company. I was told 9 days ago I would get a call back from the district manager, still haven’t heard anything. Today, I called the corporate office to complain about the lack of professionalism and the lady was less than helpful. I was told yet again, I would be hearing from the district manager so I asked for a number where I could possibly reach the district manager if I don’t hear from him or her. The lady at the corporate office gave me a fake number. If this is how Taco Bell runs their company, I won’t be buying anything from them again. Many people call with complaints to get a free meal next time and I have expressed that I don’t want a replaced meal, I just want something to be done about the situation. If the problems are happening to me continuously, I can’t be the only one it’s happening to.

Easier to go here from the freeway but you might as well go across town it will save you time and frustration. 15 minute drive through 20 minutes to walk in is absurd, add in a rude staff and an order that always get messed up and voilá. I realize this is tacobell however this place sets an all time low in service.

My new favorite gourmet. You all have to check this place out! This restaurant prides itself in authentic Latin flavor! I felt like I was sitting in one of Spain’s finest gourmets. The«Beefy Frito’s Burrito» pairs well with a Red Château Savignon(1954). The atmosphere was understated yet elegant and the service was polite and communicative. However, the food made me defecate in my own drawers later that day. 2 stars.
