Tried filing my taxes with H&R block using their «Best of Both» service. I completed the taxes online then they would have a representative review my return. This is the branch they choose for them to review my return.
Return was cursory reviewed by Janice Jackson with no recommendations on how to reduce my tax return. Unfortunately she never filed my return, nor did she «release» the return back to me so I could file. I ended up filing late with another service.
Never use H&R block and never use their «Best of Both» service.

Visa is great! We tried someone new last year due to multiple states for filing. And that CPA had calculated that we owed money. When we took out taxes to vids for a second look she said we qualified for different items and we actually got money back! We will never leave Vida again! She is so smart and pleasant to work with.
