I truly enjoy my late night dates with my man at this location. It’s cozy atmosphere and friendly team are always welcoming, even at the late hours we go of 11pm –3am. They just recently changed their pancake recipe to buttermilk and it is absolutely fabulous! I hate pancakes normally, but these are my one exception because of how light and fluffy they are, yum! The late night team are hard working, quick, and kind to a ‘T’. Everything is always clean and tables ready to be seated. I have been to a couple of other local Denny’s locations, but this one is by far my favorite! Thank you guys!

I come to this Denny’s a lot but one thing I hate about this place is That they have a bad dishwasher… so bring your own silverware because you will be eating food from other customers dirty silverware … This is second time This has happened at this Denny’s I ask for a manager and the manager on her cell phones setting in a booth. She never came over to talk with me I see why this place is Run Down Don’t eat here the Health dept should be called

My husband and I decided to go on my birthday to enjoy a free meal for lunch. We were greeted and seated promptly at a table. Our male server was very attentive and helped me by giving me the options of what I can order as a free meal. He took our drink order and brought our drinks within 3 minutes. I wish I took his name because he was very helpful and courteous when serving us. After taking our food order, it took less then ten minutes for our food to be brought to our table. Everything was hot and tasted great. Our server checked on us at least four time while we were there just and hour. When we went to pay our bill we sparked up a conversation with the manager Pedro. He was very friendly and had great customer service. He share with us that he’s been working for Denny’s for 28 years and enjoys his job. It was great chatting with Pedro who is great at what he does. We’ll be visiting again in the near future

Omg how to start, it started with we are Hispanic and this place is just so racist! First we waited 30 minutes to get a table then we were seated and we asked for our drink order. It took the waitress 25 minutes to get or drinks and the 2 other white costumers were there after us and we’re given there drinks and food before us getting our drinks. Then we got out food half ways and then took them another 15 minutes to get the rest of the food, we were a party of 8 to make it clear. Then we asked he for refill of coffee and she came back 10 minutes after and said the coffee was brewing. And we told her we just wanted the tab, and she brought it right away. On the cash register I asked to speak with the Manager And explained what happen and he didn’t even let me finished saying my sentence before he cut me off and said in a cracking up way and said what you want me to do? In a sarcastic way… His name is mark older white man. please post your review and report in better Business Bureau if you experience any racism so that this could be taken better care off. And better management.

First I would like to say our waiter RIGOBERTO B gave us outstanding customer service. He was very attentive to what we needed and our food was out at a reasonable time. Food was great the restaurant was clean great job to the staff. I would recommend this dennys and ask for Rigo for great customer service! Thank you for the great service and humble atmosphere!

First of all let me start off by saying that I was a waitress for Denny’s for several years — I have a lot of experience in the food service industry as a part time waitress and as a Leader. So I know what it’s like working at Denny’s on any given day from Christmas Day to 3:00am after all the bar peeps get out(that’s the worst!!). So I know how hard it «can be». Denny’s has been around for more than 65 years and since I can remember(I’m almost 40) they’re open 24⁄7 weekends & holidays — the only thing that’s changed is NOSMOKING! Which I’m grateful for. So you would think that management would have it down packed after all these years — On how to execute a rush on any given day. It should be a no brainer by now. It’s FREAKIN2016! Now I’ve been to this particular Denny’s a few times and each time it’s a terrible experience. But I’ve managed to keep my calm. Until today. I know it’s New Years Day, so I had no issue waiting 30 minutes for a table(after I had to inform 1 of the 2 male hosts) that there were 20 people standing around and none of them seemed to know what to do because the large the sign on wall advised«PLEASESEETHEHOSTESSTOBESEATED» so, I came to conclude that everyone was waiting for a girl to come out. The host seemed puzzled by the fact that I requested for him to take each party’s name down — as he insisted that he would remember who’s who in order if we just told him(yeah right!) … But the other host stepped in and confirmed that I was correct and took our names down. We were called to sit and So we sat, and we sat and we sat, 30 minutes later… Our waitress rushed over with a big smile to apologize for the long wait(which we had expected … But, can We just get some coffee??) But then she quickly sabotages herself by adding — «I’m really busy», then runs away in mid sentence. 20 minutes later — she is nowhere to be seen — I look over the counter and all I see is plates open plates piling up on the counter and the cooks working hard getting the food on that counter. but no expediter or team work to get the food to the customer. Meanwhile we are watching this other waitress working her butt off — turning tables like a Denny’s Super Hero! We could only envy her and her table from Afar. Finally our waitress takes our order but she insists on wasting more time by telling us how busy she is today instead of just getting to the point & taking our order! She is freaking annoying me! She bring the coffee and juices stacked up on each other– no tray — sloppy & spilling everywhere! And she takes off to get napkins — but of course never brought them! She comes out 20 minutes later with 2 of the 4 entrees. Claims the cooks are nehind and it will be a few minutes. 15 minutes later bring the 3rd entrée out and it’s wrong! And we saw her drop the toast and throw it in the trashcan still had the audacity to come out and tell us that the cooks forgot to make the toast??? 10 minutes later she finally brings the other 2 entrees out. But it’s all wrong and Luke warm — apparently our two entrées are sitting up on the counter the whole entire time she was just not paying attention! DINGBAT!!! My husband and son were done 30 minutes ago but they were entertained by this dingbat! They were in awe — not knowing how much longer this fiasco would last. My son said it was breakfast and a show! I I finally had to stop the waitress put to the side explain to her how she is definitely in need of some serious customer service training that she needs to talk to her manager about it before I do she is wasting way too much time running around in circles like a chicken with her head cut off –doing one little thing at a time instead of doing multiple tasks out all at once. She runs off to quick from the tables without let us into the customers complete needs. she needs to use a pen and paper to take notes. She definitely needs to learn the menu so that she can quickly identify the food sitting on the counter and get it out. She needs to take responsibility! She she should not be serving food! A lot of what she did a lot of her habits were in snot sanitary. I know for a fact if the health dept. walked in and watched her serving habits for 10 minutes they would lose serious points. We had to complain to the manager after she never brought us our check & yes we asked her five times — very annoying! The manager was full of excuses too — claiming she’s new. no she’s not this is our third time having this particular waitress and it’s always a fiasco with her even on a day where there was no customers at 3PM on a Tuesday(2 months earlier) and again 3 months earlier — so it’s been 5 months she has been working there as a waitress and she was a hostess prior to that at another Denny’s. We’re not idiots! You can’t forget experiences like this– it’s impossible!

Multiple strands of hair in my French toast. I came here for breakfast this morning, I was eating and I found a hair in my French toast, it was a short strand and I convinced myself it was mine to avoid inconvenience, took the leftovers home and began to eat, only to realize it was in fact not my hair because the hair was literally cooked into the French toast. Absolutely disgusting Denny’s.

Not the best visit. Thought it would not bother me so i waited before leaving review. I don’t expect much from Dennys, but i do expect my order right and my water filled. The servers were all busy hanging out and laughing. Very annoying when you need something.

This spot is clean and busy. They are open late and get extremely busy on holidays. Today is New Years Day and they are swamped. Pros: plenty of seating. Food tastes great. Friendly servers and staff. Low wait time to be seated. Cons: Can be a bit loud depending on where you sit. Sometimes they ignore you when you are trying to pay for your meal up front.

I would give negative stars if it was possible! We come here every weekend and normally have an average experience. Today, we were seated, waited 20 minutes while two other tables sat down after us and had their drinks and orders taken before us. After waiting, my husband said something to the hostess. We waited another 10 minutes and NOTHING! We got up and left. This is the 2nd time this has happened to us there. The first time, we considered it a fluke. We do have 2 small children but I hate to think we would be purposely ignored because of that. When leaving, I asked to talk to the manager. The hostess said she’d have to call her and it’d be a few minutes. We said forget it and went to the Denny’s on Sand Canyon. They are just as busy and we got our order taken right away.

I had to practically beg for some more coffee while the manager sat close by and i guess didnt do anything about it. He did pick up a neat stack of dishes i left for the waitress that never came to get me coffee, so i guess thats some thing. People just dont believe in earning their tips anymore, i guess it’s just expected now… and we should raise wages for sub-standard service to paying customers.

We usually come in here in the early morning hours to grab a late night/early morning meal and the night staff here is just great. The food here is good and the prices are fair. Considering this is one of the very, very few places in the area that is 24 hours, this Denny’s location is great. I really have no idea how the day staff is because it’s been awhile since I’ve come in here during normal hours, so I can’t really attest to them. I’ve been coming to this location for years, and I plan to continue coming for many more.

Disgusted. My «build your own» burger sounded amazing until it was brought to my table. The patty was hanging over the edge of the bun like the cook pressed til it was too flat on the grill. I’ve experienced great tasting food when the presentation is off and who’s really expecting spectacular from Dennys anyway? It was ok, but after a few bites my hand was dripping in juices. When I placed the burger back down on my plate to wipe my hand and realized #1 I only had the napkin that was wrapped around my silverware and #2 this«juice» on my hand was all grease. My hand was still, very much, glistening with the grease after using up my 1 napkin. I asked my waitress to bring some extra napkins. While waiting, I ate some fries that the burger came with. Then I noticed a small black hair! I’m not one to cause a scene or to even voice my disgust to a waitress(in fear of having my food messed with in the future) so I left the rest of the fries on my plate. Do I want box? No, definitey not. Thank you. I did, however, enjoy my chocolate peanut butter shake. That’s about the only thing I will ever return to this Denny’s for. Desserts.

I realize that this is a Denny’s so my expectation level shouldn’t be very high, but my boyfriend and I have been regulars here for a couple of years and have seen a steady decline in customer service and food quality(yes, even for a Denny’s) the past few months. I don’t know what has changed recently to cause this, but things haven’t been looking good. One time our food took so long that we got up from our seats to leave but our server caught us in time before we made it to the door. The food is consistently cold and rubbery from sitting on the counter for too long before being served. I could give these servers the benefit of the doubt if the place was busy, but often time is not. I often also see other patrons looking around for their server. During our last visit one afternoon, we were held hostage at our table(without coffee refills) because we never received our bill with no one in sight to ask. My bf finally got up to ask for it and was given the bill at that point. **Note to Denny’s management– We are night owls and late night dining is limited in this area. We hate to stop going there and I would like to think that you’d hate to lose patrons. Can you folks please, please, please kick it up a notch?

My Denny’s receipt says Saugus, but I don’t see that location on Unilocal,and the Google map leads me to this location. This review is for the service more than the food. I have to come to Lancaster once a month on business. From Orange County, that’s a 3-hour drive, if I don’t leave early. So monthly I get up before the crack of dawn, and the 3-hour drive dwindles to 30 minutes. So instead of speaking it on the road, I arrive sleepily to Denny’s for my 2-hour+ wait. Laura is always cheerily bouncing awaiting. I love her cheery attitude and spirit. It’s too much for me when I come in, but two hours later, I’m appreciating her getting my day started off right.
