Ho Shin Pin MD

The Staff are all very nice and quick to multi task to handle pt concerns. Dr Ho has been helpful with getting my asthma under control and has helped with other medical concerns. They are always willing to see you, appointments are very easy just call and they say to come in with a minimal wait. I thought I needed to go through a new series of vaccines for new employment but Dr Ho explained Insurance would not cover it and I could have Titers drawn to show I don’t need the vaccines again (while this was still not covered by INS it was the lab that was costly not Dr Ho) Great Doctor Highly Recommended

Dr. Shin Pin Ho has been my doctor since I was a child. He has always done a great job explaining any issues I was experiencing as long as I asked questions. I was taught it was both a patient and doctors responsibility to ask questions, and Dr. Ho does a great job explaining. His office staff have always been very friendly, courteous, and helpful in terms of understanding my forever changing health insurance. Compared to my doctor in Santa Cruz vs Dr. Ho, I am very happy to be back with him. I’m not discounting the other posters experiences, but I have never experienced anything with over charging or Dr. Ho not caring. I’ve had nothing but a great experience.

Dr. Ho has been my family’s doctor for over 15 years. He has a great bedside manner, excellent knowledge base and cares deeply for his patients. I once called his office in the middle of the night because of a severe rash and he called me back immediately and made immediate suggestions that help improve it. I don’t know where the prior posts are coming from but I believe Dr. Ho is a an excellent, compassionate physician!

The doctor is very monotone and seems not to be sympathetic. The front staff are horrible in which the doctor has the same staff taking your blood pressure and blood samples. I went in for a physical and the staff that was trying to take my blood could not find my vein. She used the same needle and poked me 3 times in the same arm. She then proceeded to try on my other arm another 3 times. I complained to the doctor since I didnt have this problem before. No one has had a problem getting blood from me. I asked him to take my blood and he said that he hasnt done it for quite some time. He directed me to go to the phlebotomist who was able to get my vein. Horrible experience. Never going back!

He will over charge your insurance company, see you for 5 minutes, and send you a bill, after the insurance company compensates him for his overcharged bill!!! HE IS A SCAMMER AND JUST WANTS TO MAKE MONEY FROM YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY AND YOU!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS POS WANT A BE DR!!! He does NOT. Care! Only about $$$$$$
