This facility is an outstanding place for all of your storage needs. The manager Sean is an extremely pleasant man who’s always eager to help in any way possible. His personality alone makes this storage business attractive to all. Me and my family have been using Highway Self-​Storage for over 6 years now, held two units at the same time at one point and each time had to get it within moments notice. Every one of those times Sean was awesome and definitely lifted us to a good spirits in worst possible life events. I personally have sentimental attachment to HSS & very glad this is the place that I trust to securely store our lifelong dowry.

Place was great, They offerred half off for first two months and a free lock. When I received the rental unit, they ran out of free locks and they offerred to take an additional $ 10.00 off of my second month of rent to compensate me for not receiving the free lock. Overall, could not be more satisfied with the storage unit and the management staff is awesome.

In the last decade I have used Highway Self Storage twice. I had such a great experience with Sean the manager the first time 7 years ago that when I needed to use a storage facility again I drove all the way across town in hopes that he was still there. Well as luck would have it indeed he was. As before the customer service was second to none. I have had several sub par to bad experiences in the past with storage facilities so dealing with Sean was a breath of fresh air. He is so nice and funny and very helpful. He bent over backward to get me into the right storage unit and despite the entire facility having only one unit left he still gave me the first two months half off because I was a repeat customer. The facility is clean and state of the art and the customer service is the best. If you are looking for a storage facility this is the places to go!

Sean at Highway Self Storage was very helpful and friendly. It was very convenient set up; other storage facilities don’t offer the service he provided us and the easy of moving things into the units with the help of the dollies and carts they keep on site. Pricing was competitive and the service was quick and easy. Would definitely come back again. Thanks Sean!
