I took my best friend and my son on 6÷10÷16 when we arrived it was packed it was graduation time so it was busy i only saw two waitresses there was a couple waiting to be seated. The husband said to his wife I’ll be right back he was gone for about three minutes when he came back he was very upset so he shouted we are leaving! Well it took us twenty minutes to get a table i really hate it when employees tell me it’s going to be five minutes be honest! So far not a happy person. We finally were seated peggy was our waitress she was nice it was almost one pm i wanted lunch so had to ask for a lunch menu i ordered the new strawberry vinaigrette chicken which was very delicious all of a sudden we looked around and we were the only ones lol all around i give my experience an 8 food was good and dessert was fabulous serving of pie could’ve been bigger but we all left stuffed

I love this place for breakfast! They’re all super friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Food came in a timely manner and was delicious. Anywhere I go I always try, if available, their eggs benedict. I tried the Brioche Eggs Benedict here and fell in love. So good!

Absolutely horrible. Poor service, poor on the food, but most of all this place is filthy. Disgusting. Don’t waste your time and money. I went once and that’s all it took. Never going back. I would give it zero stars.

I have been back A few times since my first review. I see it only fair to update that the service has been much better in most of my recent visits. Still is not great but a big improvement.

I’ve been trying to drag myself over to this Coco’s for the longest time. Every time I get an ad or flyer advertising their pies I plan a trip, but never follow through. This time, I got an ad in the mailbox, and it touted the new massive super trio breakfast. Eggs, Bacons, Sausages, Pancakes and Potatoes. The next day, I found myself over there buying some groceries at Vons. I parked in front of the Yum Yum donuts across the lot. I entered and looked around the place. It was pretty empty. An older guy sat at a table working on a laptop, plugging away at some spreadsheet. An elderly couple sat at another table, carefully and slowly eating their meals. Side Note: I think elderly couples are adorable. Almost more than babies. I looked around, and hung out by the door a little bit. Eventually somebody came around and led me to a table by the laptop guy. Waitress handed me a menu, got my drink and then meandered off. Eventually returning with an iced tea. I informed her I’d like the Mega Triple breakfast, and with a nod she meandered off. A decent wait later, she returned with my food. It was wondrous, it was amazing. There was so damned much of it. I would not be eating for a few days again. That was the last time I saw her. The food was good. The pancakes were pumpkin with a creamy pumpkin butter spread atop the stack, the eggs, sausage and bacon were also pretty great. However, as I ate, my napkin got fully crumpled, greased, and«used up». My iced tea ran dry, and remained that way for quite some time. Only towards the end did I get a refill on my iced tea along with my check. That only happened because I was tired of waiting for her to return, and had flagged her down for the check. I’m seeing a bit of ‘spotty service’ comments in the other reviews, and I’d tend to agree with them. There was only one girl waitress-ing the restaurant, but there weren’t that many diners to keep her busy. So, while the food was actually pretty darn good, the service was slightly lacking. I’ll probably return at some point in the future, and I hope to get this Codie kid Mellany C. Spoke of.

DONOTGO!!! if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure or are prone to rage this one location could be your end. Bad service. Bad management. Don’t know about food, since it’s a corporate menu I would assume that all the food is prepared the same way the rest of the cocoas do and that would be OK

My hats off to Codie… best service ever! I have been here many times in the past and the food was always lackluster. The pies are always amazing! And probably the reason why I always come back! Today the service was five star! They hired some new servers! And they are quick and easy here to take care of all of your needs! Thanks to Cody and Jesus for the excellent service! I even bought a whole pie! I never do that! So go and ask for Codie!

Everything from… burned meat every single time you order a burger, to ordering a salad wedge that lacks the wedge. They gave me an outer shell of an iceberg lettuce when I ordered a WEDGE! It’s just a quarter of an iceberg head of lettuce, you couldn’t leave the middle in place?! That’s why it’s called a wedge! Otherwise it would be called a shell. Terrible kitchen cooks!

Wow… I’m glad that I didn’t read all these poor reviews or I would have never eaten here but I must say, I had a great dining experience this morning for breakfast. We were pleasantly greeted by the hostess and our server Peggy, was also very nice and efficient. I ordered the New York steak and eggs with hash browns and sourdough toast. My friend ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs, also with sourdough toast. My steak was cooked more medium well than medium as requested but I kinda expected that(I’m pretty sure it had been frozen). The eggs over medium and poached eggs were prepared perfectly. The chicken fried steak was a generous portion(2 pieces of steak). The sourdough toast was brought out warm, which is always a plus. The fruit that came with the meal was 4 chunks of melon on the rind. Our server kept our coffe cups filled. I took off one star for the old, beat up silverware. It’s not that expensive to get a new stock of silverware every few years. All in all, we enjoyed our breakfast and the good customer service. Even the cashier was very friendly.

I went here with my 2 kids, wife and in-laws on Thursday night. When we did get seated it took a while to get drinks, etc. this is not the reason for the one star, this came from the food poisoning this nasty ass place gave to my ENTIRE family. Hell, if I would have know this was going to happen I would have just sent my in-laws! All kidding aside, my daughter literally threw up that night and lasted until late Friday after we took her to the hospital which they gave her an IV for being so dehydrated. She is 6, unbelievable! We smelled bleach while we were sitting down and thought they we cleaning but now it makes me wonder what the hell they were cleaning? She had the kids spaghetti with fruit. The rest of us had it coming out the other end, not trying to be gross. F this nasty ass place, I will NEVER go back to a Coco’s unless I am trying to poison someone!!!

Came in for breakfast with wifey this morning and it was delicious! She had the multigrain pancakes with egg whites. Good shit. I had the tomato, basil egg white omelette with feta cheese. Man was that shit good. Our server was great, cant remember her name but she’s a pretty asian girl, maybe Thai. In any case good food, good service, good price. Must’ve come in on a good day seeing that most of the reviews are fucked up.

Second and last time at this place! Restaurant is super filthy, floors dirty and sticky the booths and walls disgusting not the mention the bathroom! Server just place our silverware on her tray that was dirty not even on a napkin! I ask for clean silverware of course. We the told manager about the dirty floor she apologized sent the only busboy/dishwasher out to start cleaning. he than stated to say who was complaining and we said we did, he said if we wanted to we could start moping if we did not mind!!! WTF!!! I went off on that old dude! He was saying they do not want to hire anymore help and he can not do all the cleaning by himself! Dirty dishes everywhere, the young man in the front AKA hostesses was very nice! servers they only can do so much, Cocos is so cheap cutting back on busboys it is hurting their business. This place needs a deep cleaning and better management!!! Looks new and pretty on the outside but BEWARESUPERFILTHYINTHEINSIDE!

Came here for breakfast. The waitress was inattentive and incompetent as were the cooks. I ordered sausage and over easy eggs with hash browns. First the hash browns were still frozen and I got bacon instead of sausage. They attempted to fix the problem by microwaving my hash browns and giving me cold sausage. The waitress kept refilling my husband’s coffee but not mine and it took 15 minutes to get jelly for our toast. Worst Coco’s EVER!

came here for lunch, had a horrible waitress that ignored me the whole time. I was shocked. I had to ask another waitress for service the entire time. This place needs some customer service training. Food was ok, it was not the best. Overall Service lacks here.

Met a friend and her son at Canyon Country Saturday for breakfast. Never again will I return to this location(I should of listened to my fellow Unilocalers) at least not until they get better management. I waited a long time to get our order placed then waited awhile for food to arrive. Most of our breakfast items did not look appealing as in the photos in the menu and portions looked very small. My hash browns were burnt on one half of it and so I didn’t eat it. My son had a kinky hair cooked into his potato type patty that I pulled out for him. I guess hair could fall into food while cooking but for some reason the look of this hair made us all queasy for some reason. Our waitress was very slow but nice. When my friend asked for a refill on her tea the waitress told a younger help to get her tea refilled and she brought a whole pitcher and set it down in front of me. Overall I think management needs to be amped up a bit and needs a fresh turnover of experienced or better trained crew. They need to hustle a bit and watch the food that leaves to be served to the customers.
