There are better florists in Canton, ones that are customer service driven and happy to help. Our granddaughter was born today, Valentines Day! Exciting as it is, the florist said no special arrangements today didn’t I realize it was Valentines Day. Their website claimed to have same day delivery, offer FTD arrangements and would do special orders. That certainly was not the case when I called. Seek out another shop, the new one on Canton Center near the Post Office was more than happy to help make sure our special delivery was perfect, Valentine’s Day or not!

I’d give zero stars if possible. I placed an order in today, on Mother’s Day since their website said same day delivery no cut off … I even called in and although they said they were busy she said she would take care of it. A few hours later I was told the flowers would not be delivered. This business is disorganized and certainly doesn’t deliver on their promises — I would never recommend them to others. Stay away folks, I wouldn’t use their services whether last minute or not, they do not stand by their word. Super disappointed and sadly no flowers for Mother’s Day now.

Flowers make me happy. Flowers from Wesley Berry in Canton make me sad. And frustrated. I drove passed the store last Friday and noticed they had a sign that said«Dozen roses for $ 10). I decided to stop and buy a dozen. I should have known it was too good to be real! The inside of the store is just sad. It’s old and while a lot of floral shops are decorated nicely inside to highlight all the beautiful flowers and vases they offer, this store had a few coolers with their flowers, some photo albums with pictures of arrangements they supposedly can make and a few vases haphazardly put on a shelf in the corner of the store. Despite the décor, I asked the woman behind the counter if I could have a dozen of the flowers. She never greeted me or asked how she could help. Could thing I wasn’t planning a wedding, I would have walked out. She asked if I wanted a particular color or a mixture. I said a mixture was fine. She then asked if I wanted to spend an extra $ 3 and get baby’s breath and greenery as well. I don’t know what possessed me, but I said yes. That was also a mistake. While the clump of baby’s breath was generous, the greenery was diseased. In regards to the roses… Bad. Just bad. Like the other reviewer mentioned, the flowers looked old. I had to pull quite a few of diseased petals off the roses to make them look half way decent(and much smaller). I had to write a bad review, but this«florist» was a joke. Don’t waste your money.

My sister ordered Flowers for my mom and when we got them they were AWEFUL! I worked at a floral shop I know how Flowers should look and these were about a week old. The only good thing about this place is the operator who took care of us and that’s why they have one star. Other than that I will never go back. EVER

I called from out of state to place a floral order for our anniversary. I explained to Richard the importance of getting the flowers delivered on time and stressed over and over that they must be delivered on that day, Saturday, the actual anniversary date was Sunday the following dates, I chose to have the flowers delivered one day early thinking that I for the florist probably didn’t deliver on Sundays. I called my wife on Sunday afternoon to wish her happy anniversary and find out if she liked the arrangements that I had my disgust not one of the arrangements had arrived not on time not even late. immediately call the florist and .left a detailed message to include my telephone number. I waited to see if the florist would have enough professionalism to call me and explain what happened, however they fail to return my call, so I called myself. I spoke with Alexis, she was very apologetic however offered no explanation as to why they had missed the delivery date by two days and why the company had failed to return my calls. I explain to Alexis did their lack of customer service on such an important date was the cause of a marital argument if not a divorce. the best alexis was willing to do was include a letter of apology in the order which would be delivered late sometime Monday; In addition she offered a 50 dollar store credit for future orders. I told Alexis that I was completely not satisfied that the best they could was a credit towards a future order, adding insult to injury. what the company should have done was credited that current order by $ 50 if not sent the arrangements for free since they made numerous mistakes with this order. I will NEVER use this company or recommend them to anyone.
