I Love Virgin Atlantic Airlines!
I can’t give enough wonderful praises for Virgin Atlantic Airlines and how well trained their staff is. During a very difficult and emotionally sensitive situation with my daughter, the flight attendants and ticket agents went above and beyond their call of duty to not only help her but make sure she felt comfortable and secure. They demonstrated how well trained they are in sensitive situations and that they are extremely human, not what you often hear about the airlines. I’m not so sure that an American Airline would have been so kind and generous.
Due to my daughter’s panic attack they had to turn the plane around, bring her back to the gate, and take her luggage off.
Not only did they treat my daughter with compassion, when she was getting off they offered to put her on the standby list for the next day. This was incredibly generous and totally unexpected.
My daughter was able to fly the next day and when she sat in her seat on the plane a flight attendant came up to her and said she was aware of the situation and that if my daughter needed any help she was there.
Incredible. I’m so happy to be able to share a GOOD story about traveling.
