Valvoline Instant Oil Change

If you value your car, Do Not Trust the Valvoline at This location! They Put the Wrong Oil Filter on our car and didn’t tell us they were substituting with a part that maybe compatible but was not.
We took our car in and they put the wrong oil filter for our car. We took the one they put on to O’Reily and they told us it was for a totally different make and model and year of car. Our car leaked oil as a result of the wrong filter. We confronted them and they told us their computer is updated regularly by the manufacturer. We contacted the manufacturer and they said they only update the dealerships and never give information to 3^rd parties like Valvoline. They insist this was the right filter for the car but the measurements do not match the part for the car. We asked for our money back for the cost of the oil change and our time in researching what the manufacturer really does.
