Wish I could give them less than one star. Be prepared to wait, be treated like you are stupid, overcharged then when all else fails your service will work… For a week, before there is a widespread outage. Choose anyone else when possible!

If you can avoid it don’t go through twc. Their service is terrible. I’ve called 4 times about being overcharged on my bill by 150 dollars a month. They said they would credit my account, but nothing. I’ve been promised a call back, a fixture for my wrong bill and still nothing. I cannot wait to switch service.

Place is always busy and understaffed, long waits and it never gets better. Payment kiosk doesn’t always work so you spend ridiculous amounts of time waiting but worse is you never know when it won’t work…
Have not had much better luck with online support either.

Setting up our new tv programs. Very helpful service people and knowledgeable. We will have more channels, faster internet then before at a better price. All in all it should be a better deal.
