As the other reviews mentioned: these people are rude. I’ve gone twice as a last resort and both times I regretted it. They’re not helpful, treat you as if you’re a huge burden on their life or that you’re stupid. I shipped something and the guy added a fragile up charge to it when I never asked for it, he never mentioned he was doing it until I looked at my receipt. That’s poor business. The other time I had an address on my phone for the lady there and when I tried to hand it to her so she could read it she immediately just put up her hand and said, «I can’t read that.» Well she obviously can’t read customer’s reactions either.
Both visits were incredibly unpleasant and I refuse to go there. I instead go to a UPS further away or USPS. So inconsiderate.

Lady here was very unpleasant and not helpful. Came here today to print something and they have no where to print anything from your email or computers to use. She told me I could email it to them and they could print it, but It wasn’t something I could just send in an email in print ready format, it was a link to concert tickets and she very quickly snapped «nope can’t do it! I’m not clicking any links.» Gee thanks for the help! This is supposed to be a place you can come to HELP you with these type of needs. Just wish there was a FedEx Kinkos nearby because my experience here was bad enough to say I’ll never be back.

I only visit this store as a last resort. The people are rude, very unpleasant. I wish there was another ups store closer.
