Never have LTO’s ever… which is super disapointing especially when you see them for both KFC and Taco bell, also super annoying is the fact everytime i have ordered boneless wings it feels like they do not want you to order them… they say it will be 15 minutes (drivethru) most of the time i scramble and try n find something else, but a few times i have waited… and it really takes at least 15 minutes. i will say the people working there have gotten more pleasant. It seemed for a while attitude was pretty bad and no one there wanted to be there.
if you are going to take on the franchise, take it on and do all the LTO’s that drive people like me to that location.

I have never had such good service at a fast food place. EVERY time I go there they are amazingly nice. I swear the manager is one of the friendliest people I have ever met and yes, I met him because he came to each table to check how our meal was… at a taco bell!

Combo restaurant with KFC as well. Drive thru is okay, but we have recieved attitude by asking for substitutions — when they have the flatbread sandwiches, the BF and I prefer steak to the chicken. Torrington will gladly sub in steak and charge a bit more. Here, you’d think you were demanding they get a root canal against their will!
