It’s been 23 minutes and we still don’t have our order. The drive thru is packed to the road but only 3 customers are dining inside. Ridiculous.

3 times now we have waited over 15 minutes after placing our order to get our food in the drive through. The last time Wednesday around 8:10 pm we didnt see anyone in the lobby, just 4 cars in the drive through, They could have asked the car holding everyone up to please pull ahead while they worked on whatever the problem was. they need to get their act together, there is a McDonalds, Subway, and Little Ceasers all within a block of them.

Food was not cold but was not as fresh as I have had at other locations. Counter person was unfamiliar with the menu. One item I ordered was apparently no longer sold. They made it because it was on the menu. Burrito was small because they were skimpy on the ingredients.
