This is a good convenient location. It stays warm even on super cold days! Coffee is the usual classic Starbucks taste. The service was quick. Servers weren’t of the usual fun, bubbly and friendly variety that I’ve come to expect from Starbucks staff. But, they weren’t rude either. There is plenty of space to study with outlets accessible from most tables. My only real complaint (and the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars) is that the music is way too loud. I have my music blasting and I can still clearly hear the music from the overhead speakers.

Service is o.k. Employees are not too friendly, but not rude. Usually when we visit this location, it’s freezing inside, so I was pleasantly surprised to find it comfortable. Because of its proximity to the theater, it’s an ideal location to kill some time while chatting and grabbing a drink and snack. There is a decent amount of seating, lighting is good, and the music is at a good volume for conversations or working. I wouldn’t drive out of my way to go to this coffee shop though.

Once upon a time, the baristas here used to be friendly. Maybe I just tend to go at a bad time, but it’s rare that I go and I don’t get a snarky attitude for asking a question about what I’m ordering or the feeling that I’m of an annoyance. Shit happens. Sometimes you realize your toddler is out of something to drink when you get to the window. It’d be nice to not have to hear rude remarks from the workers in the window. (Dear barista working the bar. you’d be surprised how much one person can hear waiting in the drive thru.) Every once in a while, I’ll have a pleasant experience, but that sure seems rare nowadays.

This is by far my favorite Starbucks. I mostly go through the drive thru. They’re always friendly and I can get whatever I want done to my drinks and they always get it right. I always order the same thing: Green tea Frappuccino, no classic syrup, no whipped cream, lite ice and extra matcha. No one else can make it like they do.
I live about 5 minutes away and usually go when I’m already out shopping or will make a special trip just because it’s really not out of the way. All my grocery stores are right by it as well (Sams Club, Gordon’s and Walmart). The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because every time I go, there’s a wait. I don’t feel like I go during peak hours, but perhaps it’s just busy around the clock. I have two kids, an 8 year old and a 8 month old, so waiting is something I try to not do, and I won’t leave them in the car. If they could handle high volumes a little quicker, they would definitely get 5 stars.

While their coffee is good and their service is good their cups and lids are horrible. The kids doesn’t seal right. I was on my way to work today and got coffee on my tie, dress shirt, and pants. Which I just picked up the shirt and pants from the dry cleaners. It doesn’t spill it just drips when you take a sip. That sucks!

Really like this Starbucks, the service is always good and the staff is very friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location.
The inside is always clean and trendy like most franchise Starbucks but this location has something cozy about it.
Bathrooms are clean and the staff always keep the tables clean.
It’s close to everything canton has to offer and you won’t be disappointed if you try this location.

I’m addicted to skinny iced chia tea… so yummy and tasty! I love to stop at the drive thru early in the AM to get me a pick me up :)

Don’t understand the low Star Rating for this location. I’ve been stopping by this location randomly for years and have been equally as good as any expected Starbucks experience. Never rude, always friendly, and everyone always seems to be doing an A+ job!

Horrible service. Not even a simple «Hello» as you walk in the door.
I tipped and not even a «Thank you».
Maybe they should invest in a class of manners.
Not ever returning to this location.

I am extremely unhappy with this Starbucks location. I am a frequent customer of Starbucks and am not the type to complain but after the 4^th time of getting my order wrong going through the drive through I was more than annoyed. I live in canton and now I have to go out of my way to find another Starbucks when this location is less than a mile from my house… I rather not waist my money on a drink I didn’t order. Plus I do not have the time to go back inside and have them remake it when I’m on my way to work in the morning.

While the coffee drinks have always tasted good, the service generally leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I’ve been three times and it appears that the staff are way too busy to offer the smallest amount of customer service. While you can get a hot coffee, don’t expect a friendly hello, thank you or come again. Despite the poor service, I will be back. I gotta have my Pike Place coffee.

I’m a fan of any Starbucks that has a drive thru! I’m never snubbed when I ask for something specific either. The only thing that could make this place better is if it was larger.

To me, a Starbucks is a Starbucks is a Starbucks. The only thing differentiating one from another is the service. I wasn’t all that thrilled with the service at this one. The half and half was empty, so I had to stand there for SEVERAL minutes trying to get somebody’s attention to get another one. For those prices, the fact that the customers are responsible for restocking the milk is already annoying enough. Under no circumstances should I be made to wait.

I visited here in April of this year. I had just gotten off a plane, I was starving, experiencing a heck of a rain storm, and had to get off the highway to avoid all the construction traffic. The guy working the drive through was quite outgoing. He suggested adding vanilla to my hot chai, which I hadn’t though of before. It was quite good! He also sold me on a few pastries, which tasted okay. It will be a long time, if ever, before I come back to Michigan. But if I do, and I can, I plan on visiting this Starbucks again. It was nice to interact with friendly people while I was so far away from home.

Seriously, one of the friendliest locations I have ever been to.

It’s a Starbucks. The coffee is overrated and overpriced and yet they are everywhere so eventually you end up drinking it.
I am lazy and they have a drive through and I needed to get some coffee before the freeway on my way home to Belleville. I had my usual coffeehouse order of a skinny sugar free vanilla latte, mourning the cheap real coffee Timmie Ho just out of my reach across the freeway. It would have involved crossing five lanes of traffic on Ford Road afterwards so Starbucks it was.
It was meh. Starbucks always tastes a bit burnt to me. I don’t mind the skim milk or sugar free at all because as I said, that is standard for me. The coffee under it all though is not stellar. I am unsurprised as this is my usual experience at Starbucks. Some are better than others but I can never wrap my head around the hype.
They got my order right, were reasonably speedy and fine. The service was wooden and the coffee overpriced. I am not speeding back.
