Great facility! Had never been to a box that had AstroTurf, but it was pretty cool. I am from out of town, and wanted to drop into a class while on vacation in MI and debated between a few between Toledo and Canton, and am happy I chose this one to work out at.
They have a great web page, and a welcoming environment. Give it a try!

Excellent facility, fantastic coaches. I’ve been going here for 6 months and it has turned my whole world around. It is obvious that the coaches here love what they do, and they continue to improve themselves to better serve the Crossfit community. One of the best decisions in my life to join Plymouth Crossfit (PCF). The movements and compound exercises we do at PCF translate into our everyday lives, from picking up your children off the floor, to running marathons, to looking good naked. Highly recommended for anyone not getting results at any other gym or with any other trainer.

This is the best CrossFit gym in the area without question. Their staff and facility are second-to-none. I love that they have a huge indoor field for sprint work during cold Michigan winter months, and they even have indoor batting cages on top of everything else! Highly recommend this place — joining has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
