I’m not a huge fan of Papa Johns. I actually briefly worked at one in Albuquerque several years ago. We recently ordered a large The Works and a large BBQ chicken pizza and they were the best pizzas I’ve ever had from PJ’s. Whatever the staff at this location is doing, keep it up.

Ordered on line and claimed they did nt receive it. Then ordered pizza and requested a switch on a topping. Pizza came without topping switch. Make sure you get a receipt or have them read back your order.

Always wrote checks to them, never wrote a bad check. They won’t take checks anymore. Not convenient anymore.

Do NOT waste your time with this location! I have had crappy service from this location a total of three times. Two of the three times have been due to bad delivery times. The other time, they just brought me the wrong pizza all together. The last time I ordered, will be the last time I ever order from here. It took them an hour to get the pizza to me and their store is three miles from my house. When I called, the manager did take care of the pizza, which I did get for free, but when I got it, it was obviously cold. The girl that dropped it off evidently was the one at fault. She left the store with my pizza, went back to get more and then finally decided to give me mine. The manager told me that is against store policy. To make matters even better, I submitted a complaint to corporate. It’s been over a week and I still have no apology whatsoever. This is what is even more funny. They automated an apology back to me: Mike, On behalf of Papa John’s Pizza, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience you encountered with your recent order from Papa John’s. We are truly sorry the problem from the restaurant caused your order not to meet expectations. Our goal is to provide not only a superior quality pizza, but also a World Class Customer Experience to our consumers at all times.
