This location has closed. Looks like a new off brand pizza joint will open in it’s place.

What has happened to this place. in past years they have made quite good pizza. first day i tried to order last week, didn’t answer the phone nor was the website up to order. second day some barely Engish speaking person answered the phone and said the ovens were not working. I know i should have given up! finally third day, barely English speaking person took my order. is papa john using foreign phone operators to take orders, or what? well, pizza was crap; barely any cheese, onion tasted quite old and funky. bread sticks are not what they use to be. with all the pizza places in canton, find yourself a good one. this is not the place.

My VERYFIRSTTIMEEVERORDERINGATTHISPJ, and I will never order a pizza from this location although I reside only 1 mile away. While trying to order a pizza I was promptly told for the specials I need to order online… OK!!! But after reading about the mis-orders when ordering online on Unilocal, I decided to talk to a person instead. So, I then get a generic answer to my question about the pizza specials but decide on a large 3 topping pizza. I choose pepperoni, Italian sausage, and I assume cheese is «a topping» I guess it’s NOT a topping because I was rudely told no that comes on the pizza automatically so cheese is NOT a topping… OK!!! Next I decide to add breadsticks and I wanted peppers which I mistakenly called«pepperconi’s instead of pepperCINI’s… Which I was promptly corrected on… Ok EXCUSEME for the mispronunciation Mr. pizza guy… I’ll never say«PEPPERCONI» again and I’ll make sure everyone I know in Canton doesn’t order pizza from your location, as well. Rude nasty customer service = no $customers$… Have a nice evening… Geez if you hate people… customer SERVICE is probably not the career for you.

We love Papa John’s Pizza and the Canton location on Cherry Hills is great! Our pizza is always wonderful and the service is always good. I’m so excited we found this pizzeria.

Ordered a thin crust pizza with cheese bread here the other day and it was pretty standard fare. Nothing against Papa John’s, but it’s standard chain fare. Garlic butter dipping cups are good, but other than that, nothing stands out.

This place is not too awfully far from us and we miss Papa John’s from time to time so we are willing to trek a bit to sample some. My parents were over the other night and we decided to get a couple pizzas to share while on a break from wrapping presents for the grandkids. The double bacon six cheese is an artery buster with canadian and regular style bacons and a happy combo of cheeses and so that was what we picked. Everyone loves bacon and cheese so it is a no brainer. Deliousness! My parents went with a works and that was a nice pick too, not that my husband was jazzed with it but he hates mushrooms and olives. My personal fave here is the John’s favorite, with pepperoni, Italian sausage and herbs topped with the six cheese blends. I also am willing to get a garden fresh or a BBQ chicken. My husband is a fan of the Hawaiian BBQ chicken but I am meh on pineapple topped pizzas myself. Its a nice example of a Papa Johns, solid and rarely messed up. The big draw for us is the garlic sauce dip cups, the peppercinis and the jalapenos for my husband. If it was close enough for delivery or open past ten PM I would add a star… as it is it’s a mere three.
