NTB – National Tire & Battery

I’ve been sitting in the waiting room for an hour to have my tires rotated. I made an appointment, got here early. There are only a couple other cars here. So far, I’ve seen the techs walk around my car, looking through all the stuff in the bed. They’ve stood outside for about ten minutes talking and smoking. They finally got my truck on the lift after 48 minutes. Then they moved back to work on another car. It’s been an hour and ten minutes. I’ve been to Waffle House and had lunch. They’re still working. I could have done this at home in 20 minutes without a lift and without power tools.
I was here a few months ago, and it took them two hours to do a simple rotation. I thought this time would be different, but nope. I’ll go to a local shop next time I have to buy tires.

We have been extremely disappointed in the service since new employees have been at this location. We took our car to the Kennesaw NTB and are impressed with the service at that location.

An all around great place to do business with. Fair prices combined with a friendly and knowledgeable staff makes taking care of my vehicles a pleasant experience instead of one that most people dread! Keep up the great work stop # 855, NTB of Canton, GA.

I will take my cars no where else. The managers are very helpful and they are all about the customer. The techs are very quality minded and just an excellent team. Thanks guys for always looking out for me and my family.
