MeiSen Spa

I was feeling a very stressed and decided to get a massage without an appointment. After checking Unilocal and Groupon (of course) I was unsuccessful finding a same day visit on a Sunday. I finally ran across MeiSen and called to ask a few questions (price, duration, appointment time etc…). The lady that answered the call was nice and very hurried. This concerned me, because I imagined I would walking into chaos and not a tranquil spa environment. My husband insisted that go that day, because I really needed it. And I did!
This was my first time visiting the MeiSen Spa and they exceeded all expectations. My experience was very therapeutic and the perfect stress reliever. My masseuse (Anna) was professional and very in tune with my needs. I especially enjoyed the eucalyptus massage oil and hot streamed towels she incorporated into my experience. I also like the little fruit cup and water they gave me as I left the spa.
Value: Great
Staff: Nice and professional. They could use an answering service or a part-​time receptionist to improve customer service a little.
Spa Rooms: Clean and calm. It’s nothing fancy but it was perfect for a midday spa service.

Have been there a few times over the past 2 years. Massage was good, staff eventually focused on my concerns after a few times explaining, because of language. When you check out, they offer you a fruit cup.

This is THE BEST massage I had in the past 30 years. Believe me, I have had massages in many parts of the world!
The ambience is pleasant and the therapist was amazingly sensitive to my needs.
I would recommend this Spa to anyone who wants to feel rejuvenated.

Helen is amazing! I was a D1 college athlete and have had massages from masseurs that work on professional athletes and Helen is still the best massage I’ve ever gotten. Very strong and thorough, never rushes or wastes time. Finds problem areas and spends extra time to work on it, even if it means going longer than the hour. Absolutely worth the money.

This is a great place to get a massage. I have been here several times and though it is a little out of the way for me, it’s worth the extra drive.
When you walk in, the spa is bright and welcoming. A nice reception area with plenty of seating. The staff are always friendly and nice to talk to. The massage rooms are big and you don’t feel cramped. Lighting is relaxing and tables are comfortable along with nice background music (though you can have none if you prefer).
I usually get a mix of a deep tissue and standard relaxation massage. Amy is really great with deep tissue techniques — very strong and able to get out tough knots in my shoulders and lower back. They are great at adjusting pressure to what is comfortable to you and they listen to your feedback. They also offer sauna and shower services too for a small additional charge for more of a complete experience. Prices overall are reasonable and average.
A nice touch at the end is that they usually offer a free cup of fruit along with water on your way out. Definitely worth a try. I always leave feeling relaxed, knot-​free and refreshed!

I am a regular at MeiSen Healing Spa. I have always received friendly and professional service. Amy is skilled at healing acupuncture and reflexology. I have several skeletal & muscular problems and have been relieved of pain & stiffness. The spa is inviting and exceptionally clean. The price is $ 65 for one full hour, and a great deal. I will continue to support this business. Give em a try, I’m certain you’ll love it!
