Don’t eat here. After my nephews credit card was jacked and used at the grocery store next to the restaurant, he decided to give it a second chance. His food didn’t come out as ordered so he sent it back. It arrived back at the table and the entire kitchen was staring and laughing. He was smart enough not to eat it. DISGUSTING!!! I hope they go out of business.

I almost don’t want to tell you about this place because I don’t want it to get crowded. But hey, sharing is caring. So yes, it is in a strip mall. So are about 80% of Mexican places in the United States. You aren’t going here for the ambience or view, you are here for the food and the margaritas. Both of which are excellent. Food is standard Tex-Mex fare, if you want«authentic» pack your bags and head to Baja. House margaritas are on par with every other Mexican place I’ve ever been to. We normally order a pitcher of «Texas», which are much better, and they always come out properly frozen. Some local places tend to be a little«melty» if you order anything but the stuff in the slushee machine. Wait staff are friendly, there is never a rush to turn over a table — even on a busy night, and most importantly they make excellent food… and margaritas. I’ve had about a dozen items off the menu, all of which I would order again. My only complaint is that it isn’t closer to my house, because having a Mexican place within walking distance is one of those things you never knew was so important. You know, because margaritas.

This restaurant in not an authentic Mexican restaurant even though it may look like it. The food was not up to par. The waiter did not give us refills. This restaurant was not that great.

Very good for the area. They have a very good menu but they are very American style. Food could use a little more kick in the spruce department. Lunch is fast and inexpensive. Service was quick. Their responsiveness to off menu items through them for a loop but they worked on getting me what I wanted. I would come back again.

Friendly but slow service. Our chips were delivered instantly then we were forgotten for a while. When they remembered us the things got better. The palmas dip is awesome if maybe a bit overpriced. My taco salad was okay but forgettable. If you live nearby this place is probably fine. If you are looking to branch out I’d pass on this place.

This place has very good food. the wife and I ordered the texas fajitas for two. they were very good. chips and salsa were also as good. the knly thing I thougbt could have been better was the guacamole. It seemed like it was from a can and not homeade. All inall good experience and we will be back.

Las Palmas is our favorite Mexican Restaurant, probably because it’s close. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. The menu is your traditional mexican/american fare. Nothing that will change your life forever, but the food is good. We enjoy the specials and for the money, much better than any fast food restaurant you will visit. They have wonderful Jumbo Margaritas that suit me just fine. I’m rather a light weight when it comes to alcohol and they load those things up. It’s great for large groups and since they are adjacent to the baseball fields, they tend to pull in large crowds during ball season. The wait is never too long and they do have a small bar. It’s just a great local mexican restaurant that all communities should have.
