Great customer service! The staff was friendly from start to finish including everyone from the lady at the front desk who checked us in to the one who restocked the morning bagels. Our room was clean and the shower was hot. Although the cable was a little touch-and-go, the WiFi worked like a charm. The outdoor pool was very busy until at least 9pm but I didn’t hear any noise from it in my 3rd floor room. In the morning they serve free, hot breakfast from 7am-10am which includes eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, bagels, muffins, pancakes, yogurt and fresh juice. It was busy around 8:30 when we got down there but they kept the place well-stocked. My only complaint is that it is at the end of a row of hotels so there are no food options that are walkable.

Excellent customer service! The room was basic. When we first arrived our room was stuffy and smelled smoky. Thank Goodness for Anthonia! She was extremely helpful and professional. She moved us to a room that we were much happier with. There is a wonderful heated pool so don’t forget your swimsuits. The pool/Hot tub was a life saver for our kids. My husband and I used their workout room. Pretty cool set-up. Overall our stay was pleasant and mainly due to the staff.

I was in the area for work and this was one of the closest hotel options. Overall this is an excellent place to stay. It has a broader breakfast offering than most HI Expresses. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even hosted a customer appreciation lite meal one evening which was wonderful since there are not many food options nearby. I stayed three nights and had no complaints. Cookies and snacks available every evening. Clean rooms, restocked whatever I used. My room faced the hotel front and rhe highway, but the room stayed relatively quiet. I will definitely stay here again when back in the area.

We used this hotel as the recommended place for out-of-town guests to stay for our wedding. Kathy, the manager, was easy to work with from the beginning and very responsive to our questions. There was a lot of confusion over who was part of our wedding group and who was not, that required multiple emails back and forth, but in the end all was well and our guests all got the discounted group-booking rate. The hotel greeted us with a congratulatory sign, and employees routinely congratulated us as we passed the desk. We held a cocktail for the wedding in the presidential suite, and the hotel supplied us with table, chairs, and signs leading the guests to the right place. On the day of our wedding they had another ‘congrats’ sign. It was all very sweet. Our guests reported that the staff were quite friendly and they were very happy with the hotel(they were also happy to have a reasonably priced place to stay, and value-for-dollar doesn’t get much better than this place). My only regret is not holding our morning-after brunch at the hotel, considering how helpful they were and the problems we had taking guests to another restaurant.

For this class of hotel. this is as good as it gets. The whole place looks new and clean, and the staff is great. We just stayed for one night, but we really enjoyed the facilities. The pool and hot tub were nice and warm and they seemed well maintained. The room(a standard room with two queen beds) had all the extras that I expect(fridge, microwave, wifi, etc.), and it was nice and clean as well. The Express breakfast is also excellent considering it is free. It had everything from bacon and eggs to yogurt and cereal. Really, it had something for everybody, and my kids found lots of options they liked. All in all, we didn’t have any complaints whatsoever. If I had a wishlist, I’d say it would be nice if they had HD TVs instead of standard def boxes, and it would be nice if they were more proactive bringing towels to the pool instead of having to request them at the front desk(which they were quick to provide), but I can’t dock them stars for that. I really can’t expect any more out of a hotel in this price range; it is a seriously good value for what you get.
