Great shooting range and gun store. They keep a great variety of rental guns to let you try the major brands at a low price, and the workers are all very friendly and available for advice and help. They didn’t even laugh at me or my wife when a round ended up backwards in the chamber on a rented 9 mm.
The clientele are also very approachable, but I’ve found that to be true in lots of places. If you express interest, they’re glad to help you learn!
My wife and I both enjoyed the experience so much that we intend to sign up for some of the classes they offer to learn more about how to be safe and responsible gun owners before we buy.

2^nd Gun purchased there. Excellent staff and Service with knowledgable suggestions/​recommendations to meet your specific needs. Just Picked up a G26 in the Battlefield Green and highly recommend this establishment.

Came in on my lunch break one day buying eye and ear protection and just looking around. Everyone was very friendly and asked if I needed help with anything. I came back later that day for some range time and had a different staff behind the counter. They were also very friendly and helpful with me. They were nice and laid back but very clear about the rules of the range. As my first (and second, I guess) experience at this place, I’d say it was very good. I will definitely be coming back here in the future.

As an over-​30-​year-​old woman, I’ve come to expect not being taken seriously when I walk into a gun store. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to Hi Caliber! I was greeted by a couple different staff members, and was told someone would be with me momentarily. Bill (our salesperson, who was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful) came over and showed me the gun I wanted to see, going over all the different options available for that model. I had a gun I was hoping to trade in, and he gave me a very reasonable amount for it (more than I expected!). I decided which version I wanted, and he processed my trade-​in and sale quickly and efficiently, making it a very enjoyable experience. In addition I received a free range pass and enrolled in the Rewards Loyalty Program, which allows you to earn rewards for every dollar spent. Overall a very good experience, so I’ll definitely be back!

Great customer service and the staff is very friendly and informative. I just purchased my first handgun and everything went through smoothly. I will be back for more ammo and range time.

If you don’t look like a 40 year old man who can drop 2 grand that day, the staff will mostly ignore you or be rude. The last time I went I decided I would not be back and went to Big Woods Goods right down the street.
Myself and numerous friends and my family would go to Hi-​Caliber because it is a small local place, but every time we go the service is worse than before. Prepare to wait for awhile if you want to shoot, doesn’t seem to matter what time of day or how busy it is. They will not have enough staff on hand to hande even 4 customers in the store at once. A couple of months ago I was notified that I won a contest and went to pick up my prize. Two people had no idea what the contest was and it took 45 minutes to grab a box with my name on it out of the back room. Seriously. The final time that we decided we were done, was when we went to shoot, filled out all info and simply needed to swipe a card and go to the range, the clerk takes off to show someone renting an automatic how to shoot, while there were 5 – 6 people in line to just pay and shoot. After waiting 15 minutes, and listening to the only other employee BS with someone else on the other side of the store, we left. I’ve since started shooting at Big Woods Goods and it is much better, every time.

My biggest issue with this place is the staff. Not all. I have had some good and some bad experiences here. Some of the male staff have a tendency to treat female customers poorly. Like we don’t know what we are talking about just because we are not a man. I buy guns fairly frequently, but I choose to buy them elsewhere that treats me like a person.

I walked into Hi-​Caliber not having a clue what kind of firearm I wanted or needed. Within seconds I was greeted and asked what they could help me with. I told them what I was looking for and they started showing me what they believed I needed. It was an awesome experience they took over two hours of time with me and had me laughing out loud the whole time I was in there. not just one person helped me, almost every person that worked there came over to help me out. I have been back to Hi-​Caliber many times since then and only plan to go to this gun store. Thank you guys so much for making me feel like family.

My wife and I came to try the range. The store was excellent with a great selection. Staff was friendly. Range was very nice and worked great. We will be back!

One of the best gun shops and indoor ranges I’ve gone to in Georgia.
1) Customer Service: Staff Was very helpful and went out of their way to answer my questions from Hawaii Gun Laws to doing FFL transfers and Georgia Laws. Gave no bs opinions what various hand-​guns giving me the option to formulate my own opinion. There not just trying to make a sale but ensure that your 100% confident about what you want so your satisfied with what you purchased.
2) Selection: Wide variety of accessories, holsters, eye-​pro, weapon accessories. Whether or not if they have i they’ll make sure you know what you need to know
3) Indoor Range: Very nice and maintained indoor range. Double door’d to ensure no noise pollution on the sales floor.
4) Selection: Wide variety of hand-​guns of various calibers.
5) Price: Like many range that rent guns you usually have to use their ammo. When I rented their hand-​guns, I purchased Federal Premium ammo cheaper than what I thought that I would have to pay. Their rental guns are very well-​maintained, after 400 rounds of various calibers I did not encounter and malfunctions.
If I am ever in the area I definitely always make my way to check them out and shoot a bit. Definitely recommend.
