H W Motor Homes Inc

It was an easy transaction buying a pop up camper trailer from HW, even tho I am in CA and they in MI. Unit arrived safely in CA by uShip carrier and was as advertised.
I found Dan and Julie White at HW to be helpful and good communicators. I would do business with them again.

We rented a 29′ RV from them for the 4^th of July weekend. We had the camper 5 nights. When I talked to the lady on the phone, she was dry as toast and had a personality to match (he he), but that was okay. I went to pick it up and there was nobody in the showroom, but there was a women behind this screen door they had, I tried to say hello, but she acted as if I did not exist. Finally some guy showed up to help me, but only spoke when necessary, no facial expressions, very weird, it was as if they were pods in the not so distant past. My husband went to pick up the RV the next day and tells me they cheerful, friendly, joking with him. Weird… Anyway, we dropped it off in immaculate condition, but I forgot that the bed lifted up for storage and I left our leftover fireworks in there. So I called the next day, but it had gone out and they said they did not find anything… I’m like can you at least call them on their cell and tell them they are there so they don’t steal them. Refused and yelled at me saying that he was not going to call them on their vacation and tell them there is contraband in their RV. I’m like, «Contraband, who said anything about contraband, it just a bunch of gas station fireworks» (like $ 200 worth). Any how, he refused, I called back after it was due back, he was rude and short again (but at least he didn’t yell at me this time). Said they weren’t there. All I can say is «What a _​_​_​_​!».
