My experience At the Canton Road store was excellent! I took a few bikes in for maintenance and ended up leaving with a new Trek Marlin 6 that I love. Patrick and the rest of the team worked well together and made my visit great. Patrick gave me great advice and was obviously very experienced. I’ll definitely visit the Canton Road store again soon!

I reviewed Free-​Flite in Marietta, where I bought my son’s bike, but wanted to add this location, where we just had service work done.
My son damaged his bike pretty badly, bending the dérailleur, chain, and frame. I dropped it off on Good Friday at 3PM and was told they’d have to order the dérailleur hanger, so it would be Tuesday before being ready. Since my son had to be back in Tennessee on Easter Sunday, I was a little disappointed, but understood the circumstances.
Imagine my surprise when I got a call at 6PM Friday night telling me that they’d finished the repairs. Apparently, they took a dérailleur hanger off a showroom bike just to get ours fixed. Excellent customer service by people who are passionate about bikes. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced cyclist, this is a great place to go.
