Ate there today with the family, after the four-​year-​old begged to go to CiCi’s!Price is average for a family of four. Was given 4 cups for soft drinks. Mine had dirt on it — first sign of trouble (yes, actual dirt — where did that come from?!). I requested a new glass. Wasn’t given an apology, just a replacement glass — which was *sticky*. I didn’t attempt to take it back, because I know that the dishwasher just doesn’t care at this point. Pizza on the bar was ok. Thin crust slices were burnt, so I steered clear of those. Cinnamon rolls were way underdone — still tasted like batter in the middle. This is NOT how they are normally made, so maybe it was just a bad batch. Table we got was sticky and the booth seats were actually separating from the base stand — you could see years of filth which had accumulated underneath.
This place is not normally as bad as this review would indicate. However, the staff working today did NOT give a rat’s behind about their jobs today. And if they don’t spend money rehabilitating the booths and ensuring clean utensils and drinkware, they’re going to continue this downward slide into oblivion. Time to fix this place before you lose valuable customers (my kids!). That, or rename the place «Feces», which is what we called it after today’s unfortunate visit.
