Chick-fil-A

One day they serve allergy friendly unmerited chicken like any other Chick Fil a (Including the one across the street) and the next depending on who’s working (Manager Scott 2÷13÷16) they claim they never do it and refuse to serve it. We have a family of 6 and one of us has a major allergy that can’t be compromised, the flip flopping of service can put a serious damper on dinner plans. Would give a zero star if possible. Can’t stand when you are treated like a major inconvenience. …

I haven’t had anything but abperfect experience here. The staff is excellent and compassionate.
My orders are always exactly the way I order them. They are one of the few places that still offer you condiments at the drive thru.

Horrible service, gross food! KFC is down the road, go there and get the new boneless instead.

When I think chicken sandwich I think Chick-​fil-​A. The only problem is every sandwich is amazing and choosing just one is difficult. The original, char-​grilled or spicy, take your pick you wont be disappointed. The service is fast and friendly and when you top that off with the best chicken sandwich and maybe a shake you will be back.

On our way back to Detroit, I decided to stop in at the Chick-​Fil-​A so my wife could try it for her first time. The chicken is always cooked perfect. They use fresh ingredients, and who doesn’t love free refills?! The kids meals come with a good quality book, as opposed to some cheap toy from China!
More than anything, I drop a 5-​star on this joint, because of a manager named Joshua. When I told him it was my wife’s first time, he was great explaining everything to her. He had such a great, positive atttitude, and was very patient. I went back to pick up our food after getting the kids settled in at a table in the food court. As I made my way over, Joshua was already bringing our food over.
After a couple minutes, Joshua came by the table to check on us. Then I noticed he didn’t just check on us, he was checking on every table eating Chick-​Fil-​A. If there is anyone with any brains at all working in the corporate offices, they would promote the heck out of this young man. I have never been so impressed with service at a fast food restaurant. Heck, I’ve been to some pretty expensive restaurants that could learn a lot from Joshua. I can’t compliment Joshua enough. I just hope Chick-​Fil-​A appreciates what an asset to their company they have at this location.

As a Chicagoan, I miss the experience of Chick-​Fil-​A as a day to day fast food. While in Canton for my friend’s wedding, my best friend made sure that the bf and I had our Chick-​Fil-​A fill. During separate visits to the mall, we enjoyed the original chicken sandwich filled with yummy spices and topped with a pickle. I also enjoyed the waffle fries and sweet tea. I love my best friend for making sure that I get some Chick-​Fil-​A needs when in town. Now, I’ll be counting down to the next visit to Canton for a delicious chicken sandwich and waffle fries.
