Burger King

Slooooooooowwwww service every time.
The food looks like it was prepared in a hurry.
They should hire MORE staff.
At least the cashiers are personable and attempt to provide great service.

I’ve stopped going here, I sometimes stop by in the morning but it’s a coin toss if the place is even open on time.

Okay where should I start, ive had one bad experience before but it was somthing easily to fix and they did. I love they’re original chicken sandwiches. My favorite thing to get there. I crave all the time, and they always make it right, besides one time but thats okay. There milkshakes are sooo good. Try it, you’ll like it.

I went to try out the new «stuffed burger» for kicks on the way home late one evening not long after it came out. I get back home and open the bag to find a Whopper there instead of my stuffed burger. I called and the number rang, and rang, and nobody picked up, even though they were still open. WTF??? I certainly wasn’t going back out to deal with it.
So I sent comments via the corporate website. They were VERY detailed (and professional) comments about what had transpired and my frustration/​disappointment. A week later, I get a «do not reply» email saying they are sorry for the inconvenience, and they’re sending me a coupon for… wait for it… a free Whopper! The sandwich I didn’t want in the first place that costs ½ of the one I ordered!

I also tried the Loaded Tater Tots. Mushy, and gross. Yuck.
Needless to say, I won’t even go back there for a free whopper!

This Burger King is in a gas station. The food is okay, but the staff seems harried and exhausted. It takes awhile to get your food, but it’s good. Good stop on your way to I-​275 south.
