I have loved the place but they have switched hours and no longer do weekends at all and are barely there during the week. So if you have a 9 – 5 job forget it, you won’t make it in time for the new policy. Shame was I really liked them but can’t ever get schedule to match this new hours they insist on. Hope they get a clue of how inconvenient it is and that you are supposed to be for the customer base, right? They just lost out on four family members here; but was a bit tone deaf in reaction other than cancel appointment within 24 hours or we charge you and if you are 16 min late you get cancelled and a charge… no matter if there is no one else there. Time to shop around for us.
