I ordered a pecan pie online from Bass Pecan Company In Madison, MS. They did not put the entire shipping address on the label. This caused a delay. Instead of apologizing and taking ownership for the oversight, the manager simply said that the recipient will get the pie and there was no time guarantee.
The manager did not try to contact UPS or track the package. Please do not shop there. Overpriced products and terrible customer service definitely equates to a bad experience!
