I realize that anything involving a contract is sometimes a bit tricky to understand. So whether it’s att, a bank loan, or a car lease, I always try to ask a lot of questions to make sure I know what I’m getting into. I appreciate at this store I don’t feel like I’m pulling teeth to get answers from them. They lay it all out there. Any time I have gone in, every and any employee makes sure I’m taken care of, and makes me feel like my business matters. When I smashed my phone(old and way out of contract) instead of just saying, «here’s a new phone that’ll be $ 1 million dollars they explained to me what My best options were, even if it meant not buying a phone from them that day. Like they literally took out a pen and paper and helped me budget what the best way would be for me to get a new phone, with payments and my budget. You can’t ask for better service than that.

Horrible experience. I bought an iPad mini. When I got home I realized that they sold me an old 1st generation iPad from 3+ years ago. There have been two new models since. When I went to the store to return it 5 days later they charged me a 10% restocking fee because it was opened… even though they are the ones that opened it! I’ve been a customer for 15 years… unbelievable that they treat their loyal customers this way!

This store knows their stuff. Young professionals that work well together and treat their customers as friends, not just a number. More importantly, I was extremely impressed by the small town vibe the place immediately gives off. Nearly everyone who walks in is known on a first name basis.

Went to return a glass screen cover purchased 16 days ago that was already starting to chip on the edges. Store manager refused to take back item despite explaining to him that we had a death in the family the previous week. Having been a customer of ATT for more than 20 years and having multiple phones on the account, It is the last time I will ever go in that store since they do not stand behind their product. Manager needs training in customer service.

It is so unfortunate that a store so close to my house is not better at costumer service . Jillian who currently works there is very sweet and Victoria helpful too but the policy of AT&T ISHORRIBLE. My phone did not work properly and when I brought it back form a new phone with 14 days they MADEMYPAYMOREMONEY to switch it out. If any of my costumers are not satisfied with any of our services, it is instant rebate ! DONOTGOTOTHISSTORE! Snotty horrible people except for the ones I named . This place sucks ! I bought my IPAD on line and will NEVEREVER go there again for anything . AT&T must go bust ! This is not how to treat costumers . Horrible !

The manager Amanda is terrible and rude. The employees are very nice and helpful, however she gives a bad name to this store. I will never give my business to them again because of her. I have been coming to this particular at&t store since it opened in the Shoppes and bringing my 10 pound Bichon Frise with me(who is hypoallergenic) every time I went. Everyone in the store greets her and loves petting her. However, on this particular day the new manager Amanda decided to implement the«no dog» policy. I told her that I just wanted to make my purchase and be on my way but she would not allow me to and told me to leave. Now, let me mention today in CT was very warm and to leave my dog in the car would not be a smart idea. Also, the store was completely empty and I had carried her in. It is very confusing when the employees are welcoming the dog and the manger decides to put the«policy» into effect when all the other billions of times I have been there and no one has ever told me not to bring my dog in. Maybe it’s time they put a sticker on the door to avoid this flexible policy from humiliating an another costumer. Absolutely disgusted. If your gonna have a policy make sure all employees and managers follow it. End of story.
