Hibachi Japan

It’s not real Japanese food. We ordered Yakitori. It was just chicken, no yummy sauce. It’s just ok over all.

Fun for the family but the taste has a lot to be desired! Next time we’ll try some sushi and see what all the fuss is about.

Hibachi Japan is my favorite restaurant in the Peters area. It has downright the best sushi and hibachi in town, no question about it! If you are looking for fresh fish and mouth watering, grilled hibachi, this is the place for you!
Hibachi Japan has a lot of options so whether you are a seafood lover or meatlover, or even a vegetarian, there are many options for you. The sushi is amazingly fresh. I got the salmon, tuna, yellowtail sashimi and a spicy tuna roll and spider roll. Each roll was made to perfection and had me hooked from the start. The freshness of the fish blew me out of the water. I am so excited to have finally found a place where the fish is able to meet my high standards. If you are a sushi lover, look no further.
At the hibachi table, I ordered filet and shrimp. It was amazingg. The chefs have so much skill and are able to whip up a meal that only I could dream of. The filet was juicy and tender and the shrimp was cooked perfectly. I had absolutely zero complaints throughout my entire dinner. The sauces were amazing and if you like a little spicy, you may request a spicy sauce from the back.
The staff here was super friendly and made me feel at home. I would reccomend this restaurant for families, kids, and friends. It provides a great source of entertainment and food that is unbelievable. Go to Hibachi Japan if you are looking for a great night out!

Parents bought a new house near here, so this is their local hibachi. Went with my dad who is pretty critical, and he ordered the sushi (including salmon & shrimp) and devoured it. I had the Filet (since he was paying!), my mum had the chicken and daughter had shrimp. The sauces were pretty good (a light mustard seafood sauce & soy/​sesame sauce), but I was looking for a little more spice. The cook did less showboating than I am use to, but overall it was a nice last night before I returned home. I would go again.
