I was taken here after a high-​speed car collision with 2 deer. My major injuries (and they were relatively minor) were from the airbag. The paramedics checked me out at the scene, but recommended my husband take me to St. Thomas More ED. As soon as he told the woman at the desk that I was in a high-​speed collision, they whisked me away to a room where I was given excellent treatment — efficient and compassionate care. No waiting around, no questions left unanswered. My husband had surgery at this hospital several years earlier and I go regularly for blood work. No complaints ever!

Visited STM ED, for the first time and it was an ineffective and horrifying experience. Lacked medical expertise by the physician and one of the nurses was rude and very egocentric. Many staff were helpful, caring, professional but two rotten apples spoil the expertise and humanity required to diagnose my healthcare need. I arrived in pain and left in pain and anguish. Will travel to COS or Pueblo for my next medical ermergency.

Boyfriend had a seizure this morning and came to the ER, first time here since we’re new to the state. Best experience in a hospital either of us have had! The nurses were almost like hotel staff with how attentive they were to his needs and not to mention their kindness! Thank you all for making a scary experience a whole lot more comfortable. Hope we do not have to see you again! –A greatful girlfriend
