I have shopped at this location several times and everybody has been very nice and pleasant. I always see Nick every time I shop. The service and experience has always been wonderful. They always offer us Champagne, sparkling or flat water(soda as well). I come in dressed in shorts and shirts and flip flops or Toms and don’t get those judgmental eyes«can he afford to be here» look. The manager is very friendly as well. I love my purchases. Not loud but subtle and classy. Fine quality leather. I prefer Ferragamo now over my LV collection.

Let me preface everything by saying I have spent about $ 7k in shoes and ties over the years from various Ferragamo stores and have generally had great experiences in other stores and the quality of the products. I even own stock in Ferragamo. I recently visited this location and pick up a few items(two ties, a wallet, a belt and a briefcase). I paid via my American Express and found later that the briefcase they sold had a defective latch in the front so it would’t close half the time. I brought the item back within the 7 day time frame to receive a cash refund. I was debating whether to just exchange it for another, but there was none in the store and I get weird about having to return an online or shipped purchase if the defect runs across the same product line. Unfortunately I lost my wallet that weekend(in the Ferragamo wallet I just purchased too :/) which carried the Amex that ran the charge but still had my receipt along with a photocopy of both sides of the Amex. The manager Joanna would not accept the refund back to my Amex because they«needed» the original card. Because it was a Friday afternoon, Joanna would need to contact someone in «corporate» to see if they could make an exception. I was supposed to get word back on Monday. Well, Monday rolls around and I hear nothing. I call Tuesday afternoon and they still have not heard anything. Wednesday I drive out to the store to see what is going on and I get a call from Joanna before I get there. They will take a refund if I can get them the same Amex card number. Umm guys, I told you I lost the card? Amex would not issue the same card number for a reissued lost card. So I called a few other stores and told them the situation. Beverly Center and Beverly Hills were willing to do the refund if I had the receipt and the card number for them to punch in as long as the purchase was made in their store. So this is an issue with the management at the Canoga Park store. I left the bag with Joanna on my first visit so now I am left with no item which I paid $ 1800 for and an inquiry through Amex to try and get the refund. Worst case I get store credit but this is a poor way to handle a refund when I have the original receipt and I paid via credit not cash. Part of this is my fault for losing the wallet but the management at this location has just made it that much worse.

I love the Ferragamo brand — super classy and they carry great products. However, I was at this location yesterday and was probably in the store for about 25 minutes until I was finally acknowledged. The sales rep shouted«I’ll be with you soon» from across the room. I didn’t appreciate that. I’ll be making my purchase at a different location.

There are a lot of great stores in the Topanga mall, however Dennis at Ferragamo gets my vote! Everytime I go in there he goes out of his way to find the right size and color for me. Shows me all the new items without ever being pushy to sell. I would highly reccomend this place and ask for Dennis! A+++

awrighty lets get serious, its ferragamo not vans, so you know what to expect when you walk in, gorgeous leathergoods, shoes to die for… etc. of course this being a smaller store than rodeo you may think that the selection is limited but i find that they have everything i need, the last pair of shoes i got feel so nice on my feet i want to keep them under glass and not in my closet, im such a cheeser arent i, anyhow, point is the product speaks for itself, you can only really rate this place on service and so here it is, five stars ya’ll, i have been in dressed for work and i have been in wearing a hoodie and cut offs, no matter they have always treated me like a trump, they are so good, so nice and so professional it makes 600 pairs of shoes much easier to swallow during a recession

Great selection of men’s shoes and ties and the sales associates are very friendly. Expect to pay full price though — I have not seen very many big sales here.

Great service here, friendly sales associates. Saw new accessories, the new raspberry colored wallets are to die for. Ferragamo had their signature Marissa bag in new colors, one in a beautiful beige pinkish hue for $ 1490. Sigh, another bag and wallet(s) on my wish list. My poor, poor husband Michael.
