NRG Heating & Air Conditioning are life savers — big time! When my air conditioning went down, in almost 100 degree weather, there was no option but to get it fixed as soon as possible. I was afraid this repair was going to cost me an arm and a leg, but luckily I called NRG. I received prompt, professional service and the price was extremely reasonable. WOW!
The technician I dealt with was knowledgeable, he explained everything to me and he did a great job, he was in and out before I knew it and he completely cleaned up. I was really blown away by the amazing service. From the time I called to when the job was completed, I felt like I was in great hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone. My air condition is working great and I have NRG Heating & Air Conditioning to thank.

Do NOT use these guys. I used these guys a couple of years ago and they cleaned my furnace blower for 400 bucks and threw in a electrostatic air cleaner. Seemed fair.
Moved to new home and asked them to come clean my air ducts and I came home to a estimated bill of $ 1400, $ 1398 to be exact. The bill said my freon was low and I needed some sanitizing and new filters so I hired a local guy to get a second opinion.
He said like I figured my freon was fine and I didn’t need all this cleaning done at a bill of $ 1400. All I needed was one fan on one of my AC’s to be replaced as the seal was broken, something this company didn’t even see. Long story short, I showed this guy the bill and he couldn’t believe that someone would try to rip off someone that bad.
I live in Lancaster and I would never recommend this company to anyone. I’m thankful I didn’t use them and I found a local guy who is honest and fair in his pricing.

What a terible crew of liars and con men. They came to fix the ac. Refused and said I need a new unit about 10 g and left, charging me 60 dollars for the «consultaion». The Next day I had some one else come to the house for $ 100 got the system working perfectly in about 2 hours. Please avoid them!
