Excellent! Jack is a wonderful human being and takes the time to make me feel special, understanding that I don’t do business on Friday nights and Saturday as I am Jewish. He provides great service. I can’t imagine a bad review.

I took my pants to get a new zipper two weeks ago, after 4 days I pick up my pants and the first time I wear them the zipper breaks. I went back and the lady gave me a lot of attitude but said to come back in 4 days. When I went back she got jack to come and talk to me. Jack told me that it was my fault the zipper broke. He said he fixed it last time. So it turns out that they never actually replaced the zipper but just tried to repair it. Apparently that didn’t work and now they don’t want to redo it. He says to me no matter what he does it will still break. I’m not sure what that means because I own a lot of pants and don’t usually have zipper problems. I asked for my pants back since in 4 days they never fixed the zipper. And told them I would write a Unilocal review. When the women heard that all of sudden she became extremely nice and apologized and asked for me to leave my pants and they will fix it at no charge. Can’t believe I had to say that for them to help me.

I’ve been using this company for years! They take great care of my clothing. Even though it is a bit of a drive, I still make the effort to come out to New Glow Cleaners

a few weeks ago i took a pair of pants to get hemmed.
Jack took my measurements and pinned my pants.
I picked up the pants and assumed the hemming was correct. upon wearing the pants i realized the pants were hemmed inside out. I went back to have them correct the issue and Jack denied ever working on my pants. I had been going there for 4 years and has done all my alternations and dry cleaning. Never thought this place would be take advantage of a loyal customer. They are liars and deny there awful work. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

Jack is a great guy! I’m very picky about my dry cleaning and New Glow has never let me down. A true gem! They do great alterations too!
