Michael’s burger is fairly cheap, customer service is poor … the food is pretty decent. Michael’s burgers need to improve on not burning the buns of the burgers as well as the meat being over cooked. Michael the owner is a piece of crap owner does not have manners what so ever to talk to his employees especially when he has a crowd of customers eating, calling them dumb and slow… what is that? not paying your employees the hours that they actually worked. cheap and pathetic they should take him to court. All I can say worst experience ever!!!

Poor customer service!!! We order corn beef hash and when I got home it was full of hash brown and hardly any corn beef. My husband called them to speak to the owner they put us on hold and end up hanging up on him and didn’t even bother come to the phone and talk to us. Poor service and will not order from them again.

I must also add that the 2 young FAT girls working at the counter are rude af and have an attitude like you owe them something. They are very stingy with ketchup, literally you need to ask for ketchup in order to get one.

Michael’s has been a go-​to choice for a very cheap and more importantly absolutely delicious meal for me and my friends for a couple years now. They have a huge variety of options and I’ve honestly never tried anything on the menu and been disappointed with my choice. Every time I go there I take at least 5 minutes having an internal debate on whether I should try something new or go with one of the always excellent burgers. The service has always been fast and friendly and they’ve never screwed up my order, which I think is impressive considering the many, many customizations they have available. You ever want a double pastrami egg patty melt with bacon? They’ve got no problem putting absolutely whatever ingredient in whatever sandwich you want.
The only reason I don’t give Michael’s five stars is because of the cleanliness. But with their awesome food and truly awesome prices, I can tolerate a few fries on the floor.

Same complaint as last time. The food is great, but the young kids they have working here now really sucks. the place is always super filthy. And the girl that takes the orders, she is so anal about everything. She has to know exactly how many sauces you order so that she can be sure to charge you for each one. Its so stupid. The owners never do that to me, they give me whatever I ask for and they don’t grill me up and down and they don’t charge me for every little thing I order!

Aside from this place being right next to a Jack in the Box and Tommys Burgers, this place has GREAT burgers! Oh my god, it might not look aesthetically pleasing on the outside but the food is delicious! The burger combo for under $ 6.00 dollars is rare now a days but it’s here and it will not disappoint!
Do not pass up this place, you will love the burgers!

I came in for breakfast and ordered the number 2. It was 2 eggs 2 pancakes and 3 sausages or 3 bacons. It pancakes was soft and fluffy the sausage was a medium decent size and nice and hot! The price was under $ 5 way less exclusive than Denny’s or IHOP. I also ordered a small fries on the side. Great! You’ll be seeing me here a lot GO MICHAELS!

I came here to try their breakfast burritos. I got the sausage one which was huge. Now I like my breakfast burritos a bit crispy where they put the burrito on the grill for a bit so it will toast up a bit. The guy who took my order flat out told me no. There was no customers at all.
Now the burrito itself was delicious but really needed more salsa. I read a review where they nickle and dime you on everything so I didn’t ask for more but they give you very little.

I Called in my order on a Friday evening. My order was ready the time they said it would. I ordered the burger club, tuna melt, fried mushroom, and fried zucchini.
The burger club was really good the fries were over cooked, Tuna melt was just ok tuna was dry, fried zucchini was tasteless and dry, and fried mushroom was better it was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
The next I would just come back for the burger club.

Great burgers!
Best burger combo under $ 6 in the valley. I usually get the double cheeseburger special, but the breakfast burrito is amazing.
The staff is really friendly and never messes up my burger… which seems to be impossible everywhere! All I ask is «no onion» and yet every other place gets it wrong. A local favorite…

had the worst service I had order some food and when I got it me and my friend noticed one order was in the bag so I went to the counter the guy started to be so rude telling me I took the oder its right. We opened it it was a club sandwich. We order #14 # 3 he started making a fuss when we complaind then told us to leave. Train your employees to giving your customers the right food and treat your customers with with respect

Little hole in the wall with delicious fries zucchini. Their burgers were just alright.
They offer hot dogs, gyros, your typical fries, onion rings etc. Prices are more than reasonable but unfortunately the place needs a serious make over.

Ever since I found this place on Unilocal,I haven’t been able to stop coming.
The service is great, the employees are nice, and the man who I assume to be the owner is friendly and helpful. He’s been there every time and is usually the one who takes my order.
My boyfriend and I usually just get a cheeseburger (bacon cheeseburger is divine, too) and fries.
It’s a perfect balance between the home feel of a 5 Guys burger and the feel of an In N Out burger. But, it tastes better! Also, it’s cheaper. We get away with 2 cheeseburgers and a fry for under $ 10!
It’s not the nicest looking place, but I’m really not worried about the looks when the food is this good.
We honestly haven’t tried anything else because I don’t think I’d be able to walk out of that place without one of their burgers.
OH! You must try their seasoning for the fries. It just gives the meal a perfect finish and a perfect 10.
Seriously, favorite burger in the valley.

Food: This spot is decent. Decent burgers, decent breakfast. If you are looking for a quick sit down lunch this place is ok.
The owner is there most of the time, he works hard and pushes the staff to deliver quickly. Not very friendly and a little rushed when ordering.

You can tell a lot about a business by what they charge for… charging for every napkin and packet of hot sauce is quiet a nuisance, and make it seem like your business isn’t doing well if your going to nit pick over 20 cents for hot sauce.
They’re about getting people though the door for quantity of food not quality. And hey – lets face it when out tummy our hungry and money is light, the temptation is real. No saying they’re food is bad tasting but it defiantly lacks any kind of flavor; emphasis on need a lot of hot sauce to help spicy things up.
Wish they’ve make the breakfast burritos a little smaller, more flavorful and or not skimp on giving out hot sauce if they aren’t going to make a worthwhile breakfast burrito.

Ahhhh… The kitchen! Did I just see a worker grab French fries with his bare hands… And put the fries in his mouth? Then, I saw him put the fresh bags of French fries on the flood? OMG! Did I just see other guy pick up the fries from the dirty floor into the container they sever people?
The food prices are great, however the food has a bland taste to it. I didn’t like it! Bad experience… Really bad experience! I had to stop eating my food after everything I saw inside this restaurant!
The restaurant was dirty and not busy during lunch rush. There was about 8 employees working at the time and they all seems to be working hard and seem not to care.
Why me!!! This place just ruin my life! I thought I was going to like it. From all the reviews on Unilocal!I was wrong!!!
