Horrible experience. I had just placed an order over the phone and the employee advised pick up time would be about 10 minutes. Waited a bit and I arrive only for him to advise oh by the way our card system is down so you need cash. If the system was down could this not have been relayed to me when I placed the order? Maybe if the employee was less stoned he may have remembered to inform potential customers of something important.

I’ll keep this short. This is the worst pizza. Worst! I’ve bought frozen pizza from a grocery store that tasted better. The bread/crust was the typical pre-made frozen type. The tomato sauce was cheap and lacked seasoning. Cheese was sprinkled lightly on the pizza. My son found a long grey hair on one of his slices. You get what you pay for. $ 5/pizza for a reason. Don’t order pizza here. Period.

Pizza is mediocre. Ok for the cheap price, parking sucks, but I really wanted to smack the little turd working the register.

Great if you are in a hurry! Really wish they deliver and I wish their staff were less«blah». However, the food has been consistently good. Great place if you have a last minute play date thrown on you! :)

First off the parking is extremely horrible here. Very crowded and limited spots. Also doesn’t help that the drivers are inconsiderate. This location is extremely small. But I love that you can just walk in and grab a pizza and go as long as they have it in stock. I didn’t really like this location because of the service. I have a debit card that I’ve used a lot and it takes a couple of tries to scan it. But he told me flat out that it didn’t work and he wasn’t going to try again.

You get what you paid for here. You can’t beat a $ 5 pizza. It’s alright when it’s fresh out of the oven. If it’s been sitting in their ready-to-go warmer, it’s going to be dry. The pan pizza is pretty good for $ 8. It’s not as dry as the regular pizzas. The crazy sauce or other sauces that they sell their is always a good idea, makes the dry pizza taste a lot better. You get what you paid for, it’s very good for a $ 5 pizza. The reason I gave this location a one star is because of the bad customer service. There is a short indian girl that works there that is not very good at customer service. I had a coupon from their website for bread sticks and crazy sauce for $ 1.99, but she said I have it printed. I showed her the coupon on my iPhone. Every place accepts this now, it easier and saves on paper. It’s off their website and its a current coupon. Anyways, she said no. Then I had to wait 20 minutes for my order, which they advertise as hot and ready. I told her I was very upset about the wait time, if I knew it would take so long, I would have went somewhere else. I said, you can make it up to me by letting me try one of the new sauce packets, that cost $ 1 for two. She said, «no sorry.» I said, «You could make a customer happy, but you choose not to. Something that is 50 cents and probably cost you 10 cents. Do you really want a upset client, when you could have fixed the situation?» She said, «Sorry, hot & ready not guaranteed». Okay, if your going to be like that, then you deserve a bad review. I’m glad that they open one in Chatsworth. It’s closer and don’t have to deal with the bad customer service anymore. This places accepts coupons off iPhone like anywhere else, and never had to wait for my pizza.

Pizza’s good, so are the crazy sticks. Wings were not great but the service was great. Love the $ 8 deep dish so I’ll be back.

$ 5 pizza. Heck That is super cheap. That makes it awesome in my book. Especially when you have to feed alot of people and you are broke. This place is small but you can call ahead and pickup your food in no time. There is practically no dining area. Just sitdown to wait for your pizza to get ready. They are generally friendly. They accept credit card. Cheese Pizza or Pepperoni.

Actually, I stopped by this mini-mall because I spied the word BBQ as I passed by, only to find out that the Texas BBQ place is no longer open. The only other place to eat was Little Caesar’s so I just stopped in by default. It’s just a take-out place, and as I was turning to leave, I saw that they had large cheese or pepperoni pizzas for $ 5. Hmm…$ 5 pizza? Probably won’t taste good, but for $ 5 I’ll give it a try. Verdict: Meh. Reminds me of school cafeteria pizza. It’s edible though, especially if you’re hungry. But hey, if I was a soccer mom, I would have thought I just struck gold. If you’re feeding a bunch of kids for a party or after practice, $ 5 for a relatively fresh large pizza is a good deal. They’re too young to know good pizza from bad. When you’re a kid, ANY pizza is good pizza.
