I love this store I was greeted by a young lady named Candyce I told her that I dye my hair a lot and it’s feeling very dry she showed me a line of products and picked out Sunflower Color Preserving Deep Recovery Pak I decided to buy it I have used this product for about two months now and it works amazing she knew exactly what I needed and even gave me samples I felt like I was talking to a manager with all the info she provided I am going to shop more often can not get enough of this store great first experience plus my hair smells terrific

I decided to stop by Kiehl’s after hearing many positive things about their products. And after doing some research online and reading reviews, I had a product in mind that I wanted to buy to add to my skin care routine.
I was immediately greeted by a kind associate, Mikayla. I let her know what I was in for and right away she informed me of everything I needed to know. Long story short, she is extremely knowledgable in their products and very helpful. At this location, you will receive outstanding customer service!
I’m very happy with my purchase and it was worth every penny. I will surely return to add other Kiehl’s products to my skin care regimen.

I started using Kiehl’s products two years ago and have never looked back. The products below have definitely changed my face game. Although expensive, the products are definitely worth it.
What I use;
1. Facial Fuel Moisturizer (Used mainly indoors)
2. Facial Fuel Moisturizer with SPF 15 (For outdoors)
3. Facial Fuel Toner (Post face wash)
4. Blue Astringent Herbal Lotion (Post Shaving)
5. Ultra Facial Overnight Hydrating Masque (twice a week on shave days)

Kiehl’s is officially my favorite product line! All of their products are amazing!
And this location in Woodland Hills is really nice. The store is always well maintained and the staff is super friendly. And they know the products thoroughly so they can answer all questions accurately. This doesn’t always happen when there’s just a counter in a department store.

I love Kiehl’s products so when this location opened, I was thrilled. Every time I visit this location, I am greeted by someone who is just so happy to have me and share any new products or information with me on skincare. Usually I go in for new face moisturizer or the men’s soap for my husband, but leave with something new to try or at least deluxe size samples of their newest product. They have a Photo Age deep cleansing exfoliator that is just heaven in a bottle. This stuff is soooo good. I’ve turned at least 5 friends on to it. It just leaves your skin feeling so clean and bright. I only found out about this because one of the girls at this location demo’d it on me one day while looking for a new facial cleanser! Ever need some one on one advice for skincare, go to Kiehl’s!

I love love love Kiehl’s products!!! The only thing I love more than the products is my salesperson Josie. I have been a loyal Kiehl’s customer for Many years and thanks to Josie I have changed and grown along with the skin care lines they have. When I first used the products it was difficult to decide what my skin needed since I had spent over 30 years with no skin care regimen. Josie knew just what to offer, and as my skin care needs changed Josie was right there with a sample, an explanation of the product, and always with a smile. She is knowledgable about the product lines, and benefits I will get from them. The staff here is ok, but if you want stellar service, knowledge about what goes on your face, and someone who treats you as if she is your personal shopper go see Josie!!! She will get you what you need and I promise you won’t be disappointed in the products, the store, or her!!!

So I stopped by the Kiehl’s shop because I’d recently splurged on a Clarisonic and read that Kiehl’s was the way to go with this machine. I have cosmetic line committment issues so I’d never really given the Kiehl’s skin care line a try.
Anyway, I walk in and I’m greeted by Josie, a very enthusiastic gal that tells me all there is to know about the face wash I was looking for and also offers me a ton of samples. Because she seemed knowledgeable and wasn’t trying to push more product on me than I wanted, I asked more questions. She answered them all with great detail and eventually offered me a facial to determine what products work best with my skin. I took her up on it. The process was fast and super informative and my skin felt great. She made her suggestions and even though I was fully expecting the hard sell, it never happened. She offered me samples of all the items she used and directed me to
to read reviews, etc. As a very freuqent cosmetics buyer, this shocked me. NO HARD SELL? Because they have an awesome return policy, I did take a few of the products she used to give them a shot, but also walked out of there with a ton of information on their products and other cosmetic products/​lines that I found very useful.
Overall, my visit was refreshing and exceeded my expectations on every level. The prices were reasonable, the products are good (so far) and the service was off the charts. Thank you Kiehl’s and Josie!

Kiehl’s makes my hands happy! At the risk of sounding like a Proactive infomercial, I will happily say that I love this store and their products. Without my tube of Ultimate Strength Hand Salve, my hands feel dry, rough and well… manly. The creamy thick lotion makes me feel girly and soft again. It’s not oily at all and my hands drink it up. For those of you who work with your hands a lot, or OCD people who wash their hands every 3 minutes, you will fall in love with this lotion.
Their lip balms and sun protection line are also fantastic. Their lip balms are glossy but not wet or sticky, and they smell glorious. When you want to smell like a cranberry or like a pear, this lip balm will make that wish come true. Your lips will love it!
The Kiehl’s sales reps at the Westfield Topanga Plaza are very nice, approachable and helpful. If you are interested in a product but are hesitant to drop twenty bucks without knowing how you’ll like it, no problem. They will happily give you samples. For free. Yep, Kiehl’s is awesome like that.
