ABI is and has been our go to IT Service for many reason. We’ve tried others and found what we we’re being sold was not in our best interest and when I ran it by ABI they agreed. Mark owner and employee of ABI is very involved in the day to day operations so you know you’re receiving top notch dedicated service. We recently had our server go down during the worse time possible. Within an hour we had an onsite tech salvaging what he could of our over worked hard-​drive making it so business can go on as usual. The very next day a new server and equipment started flowing in and the following day back up and running at an even better speed.
All the same time they discovered our phone system was being hacked over and over in just one day over 50 attacks on our phones. They installed a firewall device on the system now we’re safe from a-​hole nothing better to do hackers.
