I love my doctor, Dr. Kalia but that is the only reason I stay. The office is terrible. I played phone tag with a nurse for a week when I was having serious issues. They do not make you feel reassured and I’m very disappointed by the professionalism. If I have anything else serious happen I would consider switching

Let’s get the bad out of the way. I am not thrilled with having to call at certain times. And weekends are a no. How do I get a hold of my DR if there is an emergency?
Ok, now for the good. I have never had a better experience at any medical office. The ladies there are so great. I am still early in my pregnancy so I have not met with my DR too much but she still remembers what we talked about last time we met. Not just medical stuff. They talk to you like a friend not just some medical know it all. I am a baby when it comes to needles and they just laugh and say it’s no big deal and wait until I am ready to do shots or blood work.
They made a scheduling error with my 1^st trimester ultrasound screening and made accommodations to get me in when I went for my scheduled appointment so I did not have to come back.
I absolutely love my DR and every nurse I have seen there.

Nightmare. Do yourself and your unborn baby a favor — stay away. This is the worst healthcare practice I have ever been to in 36 years. Communication isn’t even a word they understand, let alone practice. As we made the decision to leave at 21 weeks pregnant, we came to find out our doctor wasn’t even board certified. Every patient deserves to know this up front. They do not even know their patients by name and have strict phone hours as to when you are «allowed» to call, even though they are paying a bunch of useless women to sit there all day. If you call yourself «the center for women,» shouldn’t you be a little more accommodating to your patients? I hesitate to even give this place 1 star and shutter to think of the damage they will continue to cause women who don’t expect more out of their doctor and practice. This is a very important time in women’s lives and they deserve so much more.
