Outstanding sevice! I’m actually from San Antonio but I found tronics fix through an ad online. I saw it had great reviews so I gave it a try… I was not disappointed!
They gave very thorough instructions on how to ship, they were very clear on the cost to fix my ps4, they sent me a text message letting me know they received my console, gave me quick feedback on what the problems were and how long it would take to fix. I received updates through text messaging, which is my preferred means of communication so I always knew what was going on.
Not only that but they finish my console ahead of schedule! It was very quick and efficient. I always knew exactly what was going on and felt very confident! I will definitely be sending cancels their way in the future!

My ps4s HDMI was broken from the cord being brutally stepped on at a friends house while LANing. Being the avid gamer I am I frantically started evaluating my options considering my warranty with Sony had just expired. I contacted Steve via email which he replied to 5 minutes later. Promptly brought in my ps4 and 2 hours later he sent me a SS of my dashboard up and running.
