GoWireless Verizon Premium Retailer

Absolute mess of a store. Verizon said we needed to go to a Verizon store to get a free SIM card to activate our iPhone 5.
Called the store to see if they had a SIM card and was placed on hold while the employee checked their inventory. When he came back on the line, he stated he found an iPhone 5 SIM card, but said it was $ 10 dollars. I then mentioned that Verizon said it was a free service. He then replied not at our store…
Decided to drive to the store to pay their mafia finders fee anyway since we needed to activate the phone quickly. Unfortunately, when we arrived 30 minutes later, they didn’t have any iPhone SIM cards… and apparently haven’t had them for weeks.
I said I had just called… and everyone at the store was a ‘new’ employee and wouldn’t have answered the phone. I verified I called the right store by looking at my call log and calling again. All their phones rang.
In short, they have no idea what inventory they have in stock, and charge for free services. Further, they apparently are either liars who don’t want to admit to a mistake… or they don’t know how to operate phones. Neither are good options when you are considering buying phone products. Highly recommend not bothering with this store.
Side note, if you want to pay a 75% markup fee on chargers or phone cases, this place would be a good option for that.

Hands down THE WORST customer service I have ever received. I walked in, no one said «we’ll be with you shortly» or anything at all for that matter. I sat and waited for 45 MINUTES with not one sales associate saying a single word, but eyeing me every 5 minutes. It wasn’t until I was so fed up I had to leave that they asked «oh is there something I can help with?» Ironically enough there is a plaque in the front of the store that says «best customer service in the northwest «. On the bright side, A&W is like right there and root beer floats make erray thing better. Phew. Rant over.
