Do not go to this office or use any of their other branches. This company is money hungry and will do anything sneaky to get a dollar. Before even verifying my insurance, the person who dropped off the rental assured me that my insurance would cover it because he checked earlier in the day and it would be «taken care of.» 2 weeks into my rental(my car was in a body shop) the manager calls me at 5:10pm on a Friday and demands that I pay the balance immediately, or return the car by 6pm. Not to mention the fact that I had told them a week before that I had broken my leg and my surgery was scheduled for that Thursday and nothing was mentioned about payments. They called me 6 times the day of my surgery when I was admitted for the night and again the following day when I was released. WHYWOULD I CONTINUETORENT A CARTHAT I WASTOLDMYINSURANCEWASPAYINGFORIF I CANTEVENDRIVE?! They have threatened to send me to collections if I don’t give them the entire balance and have been so unbelievably rude to me that I am beyond angry. It has been a constant, nagging, harassment battle with this company. They have zero compassion for their customers and will do anything to make money off of other people’s misfortune. I will NEVER use enterprise again for any reason whatsoever, I would gladly rather ride the bus. So to Shawn, the manager of the Canby Enterprise, you will be pleasantly surprised how easily it is to be nice to your customers instead of bullying them when they’re INTHEHOSPITAL and you can’t spare a nice word to the person you’re hoping to squeeze money out of. .liev.able.

I’ve been renting from this location weekly for the past 4+ months, and their customer service is outstanding. Sometimes I forget to schedule my pickup or drop off ride, and the agent always calls to see if I need one. Above and beyond!
