Eric is not only a proficient technician, but as reliable and honest as one gets. I have been bringing all of my PC’s & Laptops to him for the past 10 years, and there are many computer technicians in my family. I just can’t ask my family to assess, fix or update my computers when they have busy lives of their own.
Eric of Lone Wolf Computers has always made me aware of the fact that not every problem can be fixed. Some people EXPECT technicians to be able to fix every issue. Unfortunately, that is just not realistic. He will be very honest and up front with you, right from the start. If you’re having problems with your computer this is not the place you want to bring your computer to very rude owner with basically elementary knowledge of computers. I’m sure there’s 14 or 15-​year-​old kid in the neighborhood you can find with Far more computer skills than this place has.
